なんと言っても立地が良く、駅から近く、レストランも綺麗で居心地が良く、サービスも一流です。またフィレンツェに行く機会があれば、妻と一緒に滞在します。

とてもきれいで、スタッフの方たちのサービスがとても丁寧で充実していました。コンシェルジュカウンターでレストランの予約などもしてくれました。観光スポットの旧市街の中心地からは若干離れている（徒歩で15～20分くらい）ので、いい意味では静か。デメリットとしては、「ちょっとホテルにもどって休もう」みたいなのが辛いです。ホテルの近くには地元の人たちがいくようないいレストランがあつまっている通りがあり、ディナー的には便利です。

ポイントを利用して4泊しました。ホテルは良いですが、顧客サービスは安いホテルよりも悪いです。私たちの「アップグレード」では、汚れたシーツ、ハウスキーピングの欠如、滑りやすいシャワー床。

ホテルはとてもよかったですが、サービスは最悪でした。ルームサービス、ハウスキーピング（アイロンが必要でしたが見つかりませんでした）、ヘンリーズバーのバーサービスはすべて信じられないほど遅く、本当に悪かったです。

ロケーションが良く、庭と小さなプールがあるのは素晴らしかったです。それ以外の場合は、すべて非常に平均的でした - チェックボックスにチェックを入れましたが、特別なことは何もありませんでした。唯一の問題はプレミアムルームでした。私たちはプレミアム（最高層で、概念的には最高の眺めの最上階）を支払いましたが、ホテルのウェブサイトが間違っており、プレミアムルームはすべての階にあると言われました。 2 泊目以降に提供された最上階の部屋は小さめで、シンクが 1 つと、バスタブの上にシャワーが取り付けられていました。率直に言って、「プレミアム」は価格設定にのみ適用されるという印象が残りましたが、気にしないでください。

部屋は清潔で、広くて、モダンでした。 朝食は5つ星ホテルに匹敵しません。サービススタッフは最高の日々を過ごしていませんでした。コロナの影響でサウナは閉鎖していましたが、予約時にその旨はどこにも記載されていませんでした。

What a wonderful stay we had at the Sina Villa Medici. The staff is five star!! shout out to Emanule, Matteo, Paolo, and Luca all from the front desk and reception. We were given great advice and exceptional friendly service. The rooms were clean, The garden area and pool were lovely and a welcome sight after long days of sight seeing and walking a ton. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the property is older. This does not bother me in the least because I am more about the customer experience and they are spot on with that. If you like a more modern hotel this might not be your place

Very Boujee! Rooms are a little small but our balcony was good size. The location of this hotel is a little outside of all of the attractions and have to walk anywhere from 10-20 mins to everything. Neighborhood is a little ummm.. sketchy. You actually have keys to the room which was pretty cool. Beds are horrible and had to ask for more of a pillow too for the bed. Pillows are horrible as well. But what are you to do! The bar is amazing and they bring you all sorts of snacks with drinks! Beautiful property!

My recent stay at Sina Villa Medici left me disappointed, especially considering the glowing reviews on TripAdvisor and Google. The unique building structure, charming garden bar, and pool (though closed during winter) were overshadowed by several issues. The location felt dodgy and unsafe at night, and the overall service, food, and room quality were subpar compared to the luxury standards of Asian Marriott properties. Despite high expectations from positive reviews, the reality didn’t measure up. It’s disheartening when a property doesn’t live up to the praise it receives online. I hope this review provides a balanced perspective for future guests, and that the management addresses these concerns to elevate the overall experience.

Spectacular hotel in every way. This was our 4th stay and it just keeps getting better. The hotel is in a perfect location and the property is beautiful. The rooms are large, comfortable and well appointed. The suites are amazing - specifically the Florence suite. It has a large terrace with full size jacuzzi overlooking the Duomo. Breakfast every morning is incredible and drinks in the afternoon and evening in Harry’s bar is the perfect way to end the day. The staff is without a doubt the best Marriott has - OUTSTANDING!

We spent 3 nights at Sina Villa Medici. Totally overpriced!!! The food is average, the pillows terrible, the clean lady NEVER EVER picked up dirty cups and empty bottle waters. On the other hand, it has a good location and the staff at the front desk were attentive and always happy to help!! I understand Florence is a very demanded destination but this hotel is not a good relation value/money.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. The service was very friendly and prompt. They also had a wheelchair that we could use for my husband, which was very helpful for us! The area around the pool was lovely and the breakfast is good, Overall however, this is an older hotel and the look was quite dated. Also, we found the location to be in a not so nice area. This may be a personal choice, but we would have preferred to be closer to the city. The area around the hotel just seemed like a not so nice part of town. For one night it suited us fine, but we would not stay again, mainly due to location and the outdated feel of the hotel.

My husband and I spent 5 days at the Sina Villa Medici from October 21 to 27, 2023. I had contacted the GM, Mr Pane prior to our visit to let him know I had read some great reviews about his hotel. I was not disappointed. Everything from our room to the little chocolate cake and champagne to celebrate our anniversary to the wonderful staff was amazing!
