Too close to highway no proper insulation from the 24hour traffic noise. You could hear the noise coming from the outside and the room next to you

This was our second time staying at MHO Inn in Edison NJ. Very clean spacious room with fridge and microwave clean and nice. Fresh towels clean bathroom. Nice landscaping on the premises. Nothing to point the finger to. We enjoyed our stay and for the quality and on the price you pay i recommend this hotel

They did only superficial cleaning - sink top was crusty, plastic trash on top of towels, shower knob and plate falling off the wall. Also the older couple checking us in were just plain unfriendly and somewhat rude.

Property was clean, easy check-in. Though the description says that the gym is available but we were told that it has been closed. That was the only thing about the property that did not meet description, otherwise, it is a decent place to stay at a good price. I would consider staying here again.

This choice was a good bang for the buck! What I’d read about the “cleanliness” was true….very clean. With some carpet updating, this aspect could be enhanced. The only downside for me was the struggle to keep warm enough. No matter what I put on, and even with the heat going, cold air seeped into the room.

Very outdated property but very clean as well. Price was perfect for what you get. Worked out well for a one night stay on the way to our final destination

Room was clean, bed very comfortable, climate controls worked. Bathroom spigot had a problem delivering hot water. Bath tub had some sort of gum stuck to tub floor. In-room phone did not work other than a dial tone, but no call could be made. Phone message light kept blinking. Disconnecting phone stopped flashing red light. In-room clock radio could not be set. This establishment was once affiliated with a different franchise. New franchise has many rules that must be adhered to by room contract. Sign in lobby read "Coffee only 6 a.m. - 9 a.m. At 6 a.m., no coffee. This place is not what it used to be. Disappointing.
