What an amazing Gem in the Florida Keys. I've been traveling around the world a few times over and this place is a new favorite. Staff, location, and the scenery was on point. Planning to go back there again soon because it was such a nice stay and Vegas is very cold during this time.

Amazing property and amenities in a secluded area that felt more like Costa Rica than FL. Would definitely return with kids another time.

The property was well-maintained. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also, all the amenities were in good shape very much you recommend this place very very well managed.

Dining experience was excellent, we have been to keys many times and have experience other dining options but non as good as at this property. Unfortunately I am very disappointed at the way the front desk treats guests. We arrived late and it was our first time at this location and they only gave us a map and were very short along with a charger error claiming we hadn’t pay for our stay, when in fact we had paid months ago. We also did in dinning room and called for status on order as it had already been over an hour since we had placed the order, front desk would answer and just put us on hold. Many times we tried calling front desk and they were very rude! Management really needs to train these people. We come back to the keys 2x a year and I doubt we will be returning to this resort at least not until staff improves. Pools guys were great along with restaurant staff.

Lots of areas to spread out even at full capacity still had access to beach chairs and pool chairs. Staff was mostly well trained and provided prompt friendly service. The restaurant was nice but we were disappointed by the lack of accommodation to guests staying at the hotel to book reservations at desirable dinner times. There was room for improvement in the customer service offered by the hostess staff and management. Overall we enjoyed our stay though we may consider different accommodations on our next visit to the area.

The location was very good, everything was clean, a very nice view, good service. What I didn't like was that the room service didn't come to clean my room until four in the afternoon because I asked what was happening, they hadn't cleaned the room yet and they told me That I had until six in the afternoon to clean the room, I don't think that's right.

Property grounds were well kept. The staff worked hard to keep it that way. The desk staff in the lobby were very pleasant and the lobby was very clean and well decorated. Our room was excellent with all amenities one could asked for. A top notch resort.

Property has possibility but needs work. Need is too hard. No restaurant or even coffee. Short hours for pool and gym. No live tv channels. Good location. Balcony

Incredibly large room with terrific view. Food was fantastic. This was true resort adventure.
