Room was tiny and had to upgrade for additional cost. The second room smelt of smoke and was like it had been closed off for weeks. The standard of cleanliness was very sub standard and the whole complex looked tired and uncared for. Won't be going back.

The room was absolutely disgusting. Food crumbs from previous guests in the cutlery tray, food stains in the fridge, hair in the fridge, mould in the shower, BLOOD STAINS on the bed linen. And the owner has the audacity to say I'm too fussy. Seriously? Expecting a serviced apartment to be clean with no food or blood stains present is being fussy? The car park is very tight, if you have anything larger than a sedan, you'll have a job getting your car parked. Rooms are very very small. The photos are very deceiving. I checked out early and asked for a refund of my full prepayment. The owner refused so I had to get airBNB involved and they also agreed the property had breached cleaning protocols so I got my full refund. Go to the Quest Mont Albert, it's a 3 minute walk from this property, it's clean, the staff are friendly and the car park is huge!

Filthy! Our non-smoking room had clearly had people smoking in it and smelled like a 1980s night club. The shower was filthy and covered in mould and there were mould spots on the roof of the bathroom. The rest of the bathroom was covered in lint and dust from the tumble dryer. The floor of the whole unit was filthy and the dining table was filthy and covered with leftover lumps of grease from someone’s take away. I have pictures if the management would like to see them but when I raised issues and asked for a different room or a refund they were decidedly disinterested.

Property was ok but not worth the price. Small room with no where to put my small suitcase. Difficult to do work as well.

Unit was extremely tiny. No knives for meals only chopsticks. No parking. Unit was very clean.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos! It wasn’t cleaned and the bedding was dirty and no cover on the bed! The shower was cold and dirty and the floor wasn’t cleaned! Couldn’t see out the window and the wifi didn’t work! Very disappointed, feel gross and dirty, the tables were stained and still had old food and dirt on it and the bed head was dirty and dusty…wouldn’t go there again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone,

Do not stay here! Don’t be fooled by the pictures online - the rooms are very small, TINY sitting area and no natural light with only one small window in the bedroom making it very claustrophobic. This includes the car spaces, the only car that would fit comfortably was a hatchback. The rooms were very dirty, mold in the showers, dust/dirt everywhere and there was a noticeable stain on the sheets. The water pressure in the showers was inconsistent, pulsating between hot and cold constantly. To top it off the reception staff/manager was extremely rude. We had a late check in due to an event, so the keys were left in a lock box - the manager called the room phone VERY early in morning, waking us up, demanding that we come down asap to properly check in or we would be kicked out. Extremely unprofessional and unaccommodating. There are much better hotels on the street, avoid the place at all costs!

Nice new apartment. Comfortable bed and basic kitchen facilities. Some of the dishes and cutlery had not been cleaned very well. Good location close to Box Hill Central.
