I had problems from pre-check in. I was reallocated to a sister property in another suburb due to electrical faults in the room I had been allocated (but not informed about this). On arrival they could not find me on their system and when they did they allocated me to another room that had a faulty ceiling light in the bedroom (it kept flickering even though the switch was off - which I discovered on going top bed). I reported this and was moved to another room that was in sub standard condition (smelled) and the bedroom was not set up properly (including no beside lamps). My experience was so bad I decided to ask for a refund (including for the night I stayed due to the incovenience I experienced). Only a partial refund was provided. I would not recommend this accommodation for anyone.
