Domaine Summum

This is an incredible place to get away to. The grounds are stunning and overlooking a beautiful lake with the perfect water to swim in. The hosts are welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are well maintained and clean, and so cozy! You'll feel right at home. You are also right next to Mont-Tremblant and its many attractions! I went with my family in July, and we had such an amazing experience. I am greatly looking forward to going back there again next year. If you have a dog, and are looking for a haven to escape to, whether it be spring, summer or Fall, the Domaine Summum is the place for you!

Lovely cabins , clean , spacious and cozy . We had a great time , so nice to be able to take our dogs with us . We manage to get two days of skiing in and were able to leave our dogs at their kennels . Dogs were well looked after , kennels were super clean . Friendly staff

We LOVED our vacation! My dog was so happy to be able to run free and swim (we are from MTL so she doesn’t have a lot of occasions). The Suite was clean and cozy. We had everything that we needed. The domaine was so beautiful. We were very surprised to see 2 otters too! We would definitely want to come back.

What a fantastic getaway with our dog, Frank. The Auberon suite was super clean, incredibly well-equipped, and a fabulous home for a few days. The trails were easy to access, and Frank loved exploring off-leash. Birgit is a lovely and very gracious and caring host. She wanted to make sure that we had the best possible experience - and we did! We drove to Mont Tremblant a couple of times and explored the area. Then back at the cottage, just enjoyed hanging out together as a family, hiking, talking and just being. I could feel the stress melt away, and can't wait to visit again! A big thanks to Birgit for an amazing time!

Great cozy property with no shortage of things to do!! Cottage was perfect and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The accommodation was not only pet friendly but geared for furry friends. Our dogs loved the lake and were worn out by the end of each day! So close to both St. Jovite and Mont Tremblant too! Birgit has such a wonderful place at Domaine Summum. Yes, it is extremely welcoming for dogs, but it’s much more than that. It’s truly a beautiful piece of the Laurentians less than two hours from downtown Montréal. Birgit is a truly lovely host - she makes sure that your stay is just right. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and BBQ are just perfect- we used the BBQ every night. The trails and the water are just perfect, really. While we spent a lot of time in and around nearby Tremblant, it was great coming back to Summum to unwind. We can’t recommend Domaine Summum highly enough. This isn’t five-stars, it’s seven (or Summum :)

We had a wonderful stay at Domaine Summum. Our miniature Australian shepherd had a great time exploring the property. There are a number of trails just steps from our cabin. Our cabin was very clean and exactly as pictured. Birgit was very easy to communicate with and a wonderful host. We are looking forward to our next visit!

We spent 2 nights with our Bernese at Domaine Summum, and it was great! The unit was very clean! The staff was super nice. And we had opportunity to do the trail, twice, with their dogs and the staff (our dog just loved it!). It was a nice evening to do a fire outside and enjoy the beautiful sunset with the lake view.

A great experience for both us and especially our dog, who loved the extensive trail system around the property. A top pick if you're traveling with your furry friend and want something different (or better) than a standard hotel experience. Kitchenette amenities within each room are also a big plus.
