Bom hotel. Ponto negativo, só ter estacionamento pago.

My mother-in-law was travelling in Italy while North America's Mother's Day. We wanted to surprise her with a Mother's Day gift so I contacted the Montebello Hotel and I asked if they could arrange for a special gift. Not only did they help but they created a magical moment with all kinds of Italian treats and wine. I must admit, the service was unbelievable. Friendly, courteous, helpful. I will definitively visit them when I'm Italy next! Grazie al Montebello Team per tutto!

Room itself was comfortable. Restaurant was appalling, same dinner 3 nights out of 4. Was told on first night that the table we say at then was where we had to sit for every meal. No chance to mingle. Felt more like a school canteen than a hotel restaurant. Manageress Andrea was so rude to guests & even called one a drunk when he challenged her about her behaviour. Didn't provide children's meals or cater for those with allergies. Dutch contingent were treated with respect while the Scottish group were treated with contempt. We raised a petition to prevent further bookings to this hotel.

When we arrived our drivers had to let us off the coach about 250 yards from hotel so it was a struggle with our cases but after check in and saw our room it took the pain away the room was spacious and very clean with a great large balcony as well the food at night was lovely and the service was second to none breakfast was good as well my wife and I will come back here independently 10/10 from us

Stayed for 7 nights at this hotel through minstrel holidays nice staff very clean rooms but the food was awful tin peaches hard bread hard boiled eggs and cereal for breakfast no real fruit food for the evening meals was no better even served tin peas!!!!!.

Holiday was with Mistral Holidays. Room clean, but bathroom tiny with nowhere for toiletries. Only fruit at breakfast was tinned peaches. Very little choice. Evening meals poor too. Some staff pleasant.

I had terrible food poisoning from the breakfast buffet food. It was super gross
