S Hotel Montego Bay

I had an amazing vacation at S hotel. The service was top notch! I had issues with the bathroom upon checking in, and the assistant GM immediately upgraded my room and added free massages to compensate for the inconvenience. The food was delicious and the overall atmosphere was warm and welcoming. If you’re a sunset lover, then you’re in for a treat! I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is a whole vibe! If you’re looking for a mature venue where you can relax, listen to live music with great food, great service and professional staff then this is your place to book when coming to Montego Bay, Jamaica! You will enjoy every element of culture here as you learn about historic figures throughout the hotel including the amazing art work. You won’t be disappointed if you just want a grown folk experience. Hope it stays this way because I’ll definitely be back! 10 out of 10! 🇯🇲❤️

We so enjoyed our stay at this resort! This was our best vacation hands down. From the moment you walk into the lobby it just feels like home. We loved everything about our stay from the room setup(we loved the deep soaking tub), the staff was absolutely wonderful, the food was FABULOUS, the drinks were perfect, there was an abundance of fun activities and the music by poolside provided the perfect ambience to remind you of the beautiful Jamaican culture. This S Hotel does not disappoint! We are so happy that we chose this hotel as we stayed at a Secrets resort in the city and this hotel is much, much better. As a matter of fact this is our hotel of choice going forward when we visit Montego Bay.

The entire staff was ready to assist with any issues we raised, always going out of their way to ensure they were resolved. They made sure our stay was comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. The private beach of the property is one of the best ones we’ve vacationed at. Wonderful live music every evening greatly enhanced our stay. The property manager, Mrs. Price, personally saw to it that nothing was missing from our enjoyment and that my wife and I had a nearly perfect vacation experience.

I would like to say that the S Hotel sets the standard of a Boutique Hotel. From the moment you walk in, to my room, pool, restaurants, beach, employees were exceptional. You definitely have a repeat customer. I especially want to give thanks to the staff for their commitment excellence, attentiveness, and courteousness. Taniel, Shanday, Andre, Rashai, Subdanne and others for making our experience so beautiful. You must stay in the Suite. Excellent

It was very clean, staff was friendly, food was good. If you are looking for a hotel that’s quiet and small, this is perfect. If you are looking for more of an entertaining hotel. Then this not for you.

All of the staff were super friendly. It was under renovation during my visit so there was a lot going on. Not much to do at the hotel, but it’s in a good location so quick/easy access. Seems like they are patching things up versus fixing it. But very lovely staff. Very lovely spa.

Its noisey if u get a room facing the street also its not worth the price its a boring hotel .If your looking for a good time this is not that kind of hotel very laid back.
