AVOID. Vacarion Runied! I do not recommend this hotel. This was our 4th trip to Jamaica and because of the experience here, we may not go back. Kuddos to the photographer. The property was not what we expected and not what the pictures portrayed. Outdated. We received actual keys to get into the room. Fines for losing keys and the towels were outrageous. There was no AC. This is what really killed the trip. Just rooms had AC. We couldn't even enjoy our meals because all of the sweat dripping off our faces. Lots of locals on the weekend so it gets crowded. There was no Spa, Jacuzzi or massage areas as they advertised. Just empty and dirty small rooms. I travelled with my husband and 2 kids and we all agree on having a terrible experience.

Prison Camp….Avoid this hotel at all costs. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but felt compelled. Our experience was really disappointing given the amount we paid. I felt like we had been imprisoned in a prison camp. Our room was large spacious with great view but the room was cold and worst of all there was no bathroom door. they had placed a curtain over part of the door. We had no towels and despite asking for them are still waiting for them. Check in is unwelcoming and you have to sign for keys and wrist bands with heavy fines if you loose them. The staff were rude and not bothered one bit. The food was mediocre but it was like queuing at school. You had to go searching for cutlery and cups. drinks were limited and they often ran out of spirits, wine and beer. How can an AI run out of food and drink. Sun beds are limited and bought in the 80’s. You need to be up at 6am to get one. We checked out after 2 days and had a completely different experience at nearby hotel that was less expensive.

We had the best time at Royal Decameron Cornwall Beach! The beach was so beautiful and clean, they have kayaks, a small catamaran, paddle boards ect for guests to use. A well maintained pool and pool area and many walk up bars to chose from. The staff was so kind and the buffet has a pretty nice spread daily, so mnay choices. We just wish they had more authentic local food optionalso, we tried every day to get a reservation at the ala carte restaurant, but kept getting different excuses why we couldnt book a spot. Kinda disappointing. But fun area with plenty of options for excursions. We would definitely go back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Cornwall Beach. Very pleasant staff provided day and evening activities. Rooms all have an ocean view with a very nice patio. Airport proximity was a plus. Recent storm damage to Montego Beach site may have impacted Cornwall Beach. Limited dining: One buffet, for three meals a day, seemed to be a little short staffed. It was sometimes difficult to find a plate, or necessary silverware. Food was plentiful and varied, staff was pleasant and accommodating. The a la carte dinner option was limited to one restaurant. Reservations must be made at the front desk and people lined up half an hour or so before reservations could be made. Despite waiting 20 minutes, we couldn’t get a reservation for the first night. Bath towels were in short supply. Front desk staff were attentive, they just didn’t seem to have enough. Guests claimed beach and pool chairs VERY early in the morning by leaving towels or personal items. Unclear that if left for more than 30 min, someone could move your things and take your chair. We learned this when the chair I claimed at 6:00 am for my 98 yr old mother was given away by the security guard while we were eating breakfast. Rooms were big but had no dressers. Slow shower drain led to a flooded floor, thus the need for extra towels. Shorter showers helped. All said, we had a lovely time. The beach is beautiful, the sun was warm, and the bar was open! Consider your priorities when choosing a resort. We would come again!

All staff were super friendly and helpful when assistance was needed. The view was amazing, and you could comfortably walk up the street to check out local shops and hangouts. Will visit again for sure!

This was just a quick getaway with my husband to relax and escape. The property was a nice size that we could get to where we needed easily. Food was delicious. Bar options great and having access to both resorts was great. I wouldn’t come with kids as they would need more to do but you could always do excursions. The water was clear and beach was small but beautiful. All rooms were ocean front.

This resort was very nice and the staff were kind and very respectful. The only issue we really had were the sheets were dirty when we first entered the room but they soon fixed it. And the water pressure is kind of low. But other than those issues, it was nice.

Entertainment staff was amazing. Everyone made us feel welcomed and taken care off. Definitely going back.
