テルメ プライストリッケ リゾート & スパ(Terme Preistoriche Resort & Spa)

We visited with my extended family and spend new year’s eve at this lovely place. I have to say the service is excellent, very professional staff. The selected live music was top notch, very good selection of food delicately prepared and served. Rooms are clean and warm, and the pools are amazingly relaxing and inviting. I am definetely going back to revisit and absolutely reccomend it to people who value quality vacations. Excellent! Keep up the good work!

Very nice experience. It’s three different experiences. There are the very nice lodges off the main hotel, which is a very very nice time. Then there are the regular budget hotel rooms. Then just day passes to the pools. The lodges have their own amenities such as aa jacuzzi or sauna or steam room based on which you choose. They also include a bracelet that gives you access to the Nero spa at any time for free. The regular hotel does not come with this. This was a nice surprise and a highlight of the trip. It is a very nice and beautiful spa. The pools are great. Not crowded at all. The pool bar makes a great coffee and snacks. It caters to guests and day visitors. I found the hotel restaurant to be lacking and much preferred walking ten minutes into town for food. I preferred breakfast at the pool bar over the hotel breakfast. The German tourists were big fans of the buffet and beelined for it right in the beginning of dinner.i saw the British, Italians, and other Americans found it off putting that dishes were not refilled after being devoured in the first five minutes and individual orders weren’t really taken in order of when they were sat down, but rather in proximity of the kitchen order. I waited about thirty minutes to put my order in even tho I didn’t really touch the buffet. For those of us who just wanted a quick easy and tasty dinner, it was not that. I did not try the pool restaurant for dinner, it likely would have been a more pleasant experience. Both “mama” restaurants in town were good. Everyone was very nice. The reception staff especially. There’s typical language barriers and things aren’t explained very clearly as in amenities and parking spots and where to go in the beginning, but these were just small hiccups on a nice stay. The day visitors seem to constantly go to the wrong entrance to check in, some signs in Italian would likely be helpful. My only real complaint is the toilet paper. The lodges are an expensive experience compared to the more budget friendly day pass or hotel rooms. But the toilet paper in the lodges was very very rough.

I visited this hotel for an evening spa and bath. It all was good but I had purchased an “aperibox” which was supposed to be a nice thing and turned out to be the worst service. The booking does not tell you what food will be included nor anyone asked if I had dietary requirements so ended up with a pasta with a meat sauce, ham and salmon… and I am vegetarian! And when I asked for something else please, the waiter told me I should have said I was vegetarian and that they would give me nothing else! I paid 69 euros for the night. Seems to me that you could use a bit of courtesy given that your pre ordering system does not allow to include dietary requirements!!! the way the waiter treated me was unbelievably rude for a place that plays the posh spa. I really do not think it is worth the experience nor the price. Very disappointed.

This place was quite surprising as the reviews were not the best but we loved it here. We enjoyed the thermal pools with our baby daughter who could not get enough ! The food was very nice as well, the veal was very very tasty ! I definitely recommend this place for families who want to enjoy a day the pool.

Ottima accoglienza. Camera datata, bagno minuscolo senza finestra e senza circolazione di aria. Camera pulita e letto comodo Terme nella media . Spa moderna e pulita. Ottimo il cibo al ristorante del Hotel Prezzo un po caro per quello che offre.

Siamo stati in questo albergo per una giornata alla spa. Tutto molto curato e personale gentile e sempre pronto a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Consigliatissimo il ristorante della piscina che propone piatti molto curati e sublimi. Complimenti ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Tenetevi i soldi in tasca. Pessimo rapporto qualitá-prezzo. Se vuoi rilassarti stendendoti su un lettino devi aspettare che arrivi il tuo turno….e appena ti allontani, teli e accappatoi vengono spostati dal personale senza permesso (attenzione a non lasciare oggetti personali nelle tasche perchè non sarai certo di ritrovarli). Quindi se ti allontani per fare una doccia piuttosto che andare alla toilette o in sauna, il tuo lettino viene occupato da altri. Questo risulta anche motivo di scarsa igiene in quanto i lettini non vengono mai sanificati. Scarsa accoglienza, nessuna spiegazione della struttura da parte dello staff al momento dell’arrivo. Non venite qui se volete trascorrere una giornata di relax! Piuttosto tenetevi i soldi in tasca!

Abbiamo trascorso un giorno in questa struttura con le mie sorelle l’8 marzo, ci sono state cose positive ma altre purtroppo no, per il prezzo pagato ci aspettavano una struttura molto più bella e moderna, invece un po’ deludente, la zona spa molto carina ma piccola, non riuscivi mai a rilassarti nei lettini post sauna o bagno turco, non esiste la vasca d’acqua fredda ma solo una fontana con ghiaccio che si usa solo per i rituali, zona piscina dedicate agli ospiti dell albergo carina piccola ma rilassante, piscina grande e in teoria panoramica poco valorizzata non tutti gli idromassaggi funzionavano, 2 su 5, per la festa della donna nessun aperitivo offerto neanche un rametto di mimosa poca accortezza!!pulizia camera ok servizio ristorante bar bene, barista molto simpatico, la sera post cena male il bar chiude alle 10 e nessun intrattenimento musicale, insomma per la festa della donna si poteva organizzare un minimo, conto salato ,richiesti perfino i 2 centesimi…qualità prezzo direi che 🙅🏻‍♀️ non ci siamo!!!

Struttura di ottima qualità completamente ristrutturata le terme molto belle la camera carina ma quella che mi ha impressionato è l’ottimo servizio del personale e la gentilezza qualità prezzo giusta consigliato una mensile particolare la farei sulla cera perché è di ottima qualità sia il cibo che il servizio
