La mejor ubicación en monterrey, excelente atención por parte del personal y muy buena tarifa...

La habitacion estaba limpia, se percibia un ligero olor a drenaje o a tuberias,. pero en general estaba limpia.

Didn't like not having acces to the hotels parkin and the room because nobody told me about closin the street foe an wvent ended up having to stay in a diferent place i paid for two nights and only had acces to one night very mad 😠 😡 bad place to stay

No me gustó que me negaran la factura por hacer la reserva con EXPEDÍA. En gerente quedó con formalidad de investigarme y literal fue atole con el dedo. El hotel viejo pero con excelente ubicación.

No me gusto que me robaran mis audifonos al hacer limpieza entre noches estuve 2 dias ahi y en la limpieza se llevaron mis audifonos lo reporte y me dijieron que no tienen autorizado robar nada obviamente nadie tiene autorizado robar, me dijeron que lo iban a checar pero nada

Buena ubicación y buen servicio

There was the minimum of amenities. Two large towels and one hands towel. We were 2 adults and one child. Paid for the breakfast buffet and for drinks it was only coffee, orange juice and water. Limited on fruits and two types of pastries on one out of two days. There were only scramble eggs, chilaquiles, beans, ham and steamed vegtables- day one broccoli, day two zucchini and panela cheese. They also had cold mini pancakes. Maybe from frozen ones. They did serve big quantities, but limited options though. Alson when you add the breakfast buffet, thwy only add 2 people not 3, in our case. Beds had a very thin blanket. Mattress was too hard for our liking, other then that, they were ok

El hotel y las habitaciones ya se ven muy descuidadas y ciertas cosas hasta viejas, aunque la atención del personal fue muy bueno

Muy buen hotel,que ha venido decayendo con el tiempo, falta de atención al servicio, ya no hay cafetera mucho menos café, microondas, falta de toallas clinex , incluso de toallas pequeñas de limpieza facial, cesto de basura solo uno en el baño, etc.. Necesita poco más de atención.

En esta ocasión, si voy a puntear mal. La estancia, ya que hubo detalles como: que no había artículos de limpieza en la habitación. Y al hacer el comentario en recepción. Me dicen que se les acabó y que solo los disculpara.

EL HOTEL ES UN POCO VIEJO Y COMO LOS PISOS EN LOS CUARTOS ES ALFOMBRA , ESTA SE ENCUENTRA SUCIA Y ALGUNAS REJILLAS TAMBIEN.. UNO DE LOS ELEVADORES NO FUNCIONABA

Todo muy bien con el gerente, pero el chavondenoanrecepcion un poco amable, nada apático a las personas que sufrimos de transtornos de pánico .. más ampatia para este tipo de gentes..

Como esta en reparaciones no fue tan funcional como en otras ocasiones. El bufet del desyuno es muy limitado
