ヒィギー ブティック ホテル(Hygie Boutique Hotel)

Parking is on street which was a problem finding anything. Room smells like cigarettes. I will never stay here again and will be sure that everyone knows that this is not a good place to stay.

I barely slept because of the noise from the street and from inside the hotel (it seemed the staff was doing something overnight and not sure if other guesses were also loud). The front of the hotel was dusty and didn’t have a front desk, just sort of a podium with a kiosk on the side. At the time of checking out, nobody was available and we kept ringing the bell until someone answered the intercom (maybe we checked out too early). Pillows were think. Pros: room is well remodeled, nice and clean. Hotel is located at walking distance from Place d’arms and restaurants.

The room was absolutely AMAZING. I could hardly believe my eyes when the friendly receptionist opened the door. Once I was in the room I realized that the toilet was very visible from the main part and there was no way to cover the glass. I was on my own, so it did not matter, but I would not have liked this had I been with a partner. There was construction going on so I could not use the garden, but it was not a problem.

this is not a hotel… room was small and not similar to the pictures. No safety lock on door either and staff know your passcode making us feel a bit uneasy. No one at check in and had to wait to get in, rooms are in a scary basement?? no air conditioner and no door to the bathroom so everyone can hear you do your business. More like a hostel. This was very misleading I wish i could get a refund.

No in-person reception, rooms are in the basement, musty mildew smell. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

Very nice location, very clean and simple which I liked, there is a common area kitchen and alternative washroom, walls r quite thin though

Never again - Do not book this hotel you will regret it like I did. No lobby, no cleaning service

The hotel is a bit dated. The washrooms leave little to the imagination and the hotel is noisy

The location can not be beat. The only reason to stay here is that you are right by all of the shops, restaurants and a lot of the tourist attractions. However there is absolutely no one available from the property. Check in was not easy. You have to keep pushing a intercom on the outside of the building and hopefully eventually someone will show up and open the door for you and tell you what room you are going to. If you need anything once you check in...like extra towels, blankets, coffee etc. there is absolutely no one to get this from. Check out was non existent. There is no one to talk to to or tell that you are checking out.
