We really enjoy our stay at Oceans. Perfectly located and clean. Receptionists are nice and helpful.

Special thanks to the Oceans Reception for making my husband’s birthday so special- the in-room indulgent extras OMG - lux high tea delicious we were hungry when arrived and are still eating it two days later, everything is perfect, room and bed so comfy, sound of ocean, unobstructed views to the horizon-heaps of food places walking distance or Coles if you feel like cooking - so relaxing

We’ve stayed in many locations on the Sunny Coast over the past twenty years and this place was by far the best. The location, beautiful open unit, technology, comfortable bedding, cleanliness and service far exceeded our expectations. Thank you to the beautiful receptionist who was so helpful, friendly and kind to us and ensured our stay was perfect. It was the perfect place for us to come together at a very sad time in our lives. I don’t think I could stay anywhere else in Mooloolaba now after coming here. We truly felt like we were at home, especially with our own private bbq and access to the beautiful spa abs pool. Thank you for making this a memorable occasion!

Beautiful welcoming apartment, great views. Bed was super comfy, bath tub to die for. Pool was incredible. Super clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary chocolate, Tea, pod coffee and Milk. Room serviced daily . Definitely will be back

We arrived after hours having driven in a hire car from Brisbane Airport in the pouring rain. I’d already advised them of our late arrival and had all the necessary instructions. The entry code didn’t work, so I followed the instructions on the keypad. Within seconds someone came online and told me how to get in. Our 2 bed ocean view apartment was fabulous and the supplies of tea and coffee were very welcome. The front desk staff were really friendly and very helpful giving us details of places to eat, the local supermarket, etc. The underground car park is great too. The only downside was the weather, the temperature wasn’t bad but it rained most days, however it was winter…… The next time we are in Mooloolaba we will definitely stay at Oceans.

We booked the 4 bedroom deluxe suite for a the weekend. The whole place is spectacular, the view is unbeatable and contains everything you need. Reception were incredibly bubbly and friendly and helpful in bringing up extra pool towels and an extra gas botttle when we had finished using ours within minutes of calling - the BBQ got quite the workout as we had lots of guests and kids to feed. We will definitely be back. Although this is not a cheap holiday, it doesn't really get much better than this. I cannot fault a single thing about the place. Complimentary parking and plenty of it was also a big + for guests.

Fantastic Service - We stayed at Oceans Mooloolaba in early April 2024 with Family and friends. The Apartment is well located right across from the beach and surrounded by restaurants, with Coles supermarket a short walk away... The apartment was perfect for our family of 6 and had every convenience we needed... A big thankyou to Stacey at reception who went over and above to make our stay as comfortable as possible!!

Don’t book with *********** and don’t stay in apartment 601. The only thing good is the view but hard to enjoy it due the sun exposure. The apartment has a terrible layout. The balcony is unusable most of the day being so exposed to the sun and having no blinds. The kitchen is tiny and not really big good enough for a 3 bedroom unit. The aircon struggles to work properly in the main small living space due the large glass windows facing west. *********** has misleading room information, so don’t rely on what you are booking on the website to be the apartment you actually get. Staff at Oceans did not care about issue when I raised it with them. So disappointed. Definitely not 5 star accommodation.
