Good location, quiet room and comfortable bed. Breakfast is decent too

The check in was quick. The room was reasonable enough, run down if anything. There were also holes in the walls. We were watching tv and my son saw a mouse run underneath the fridge. I phoned and ask to change room which they promptly did, however when we went to crawl in the bed four rooms down from the mouse room we saw mouse poop between the pillows. If there is one running around and four rooms down there is mouse poop chances are there is more than one mouse. The fellow at the front desk advised me they have never had mice on the third floor, which surprised me because mice do climb. He didn’t think they would be up that high. We promptly booked another hotel and were refunded. Would not recommend this hotel at all based on its state. The staff was friendly enough.

The bed was too hard and not very comfortable, also the extra security lock on the door was missing on the room we had, and staff had to bring a stopper for the bathtub to be able to have a bath.

Garbage around the hot tub area was there for 4 days. The gym area didn't have any way of cleaning, so everything was sticky and gross. Rusted fixtures and sink surround falling off. Very odd for a newer hotel. Disappointing. Breakfasts were fine. Housekeeping was very nice. Stay down the road at the Holiday in. It's worth the extra $40

I chose this hotel because it’s a newer one in the city. We were very disappointed to see the shape of the room. The tub was not clean, the bottom is textured and you can tell that no effort goes into cleaning. The sink edges dont get cleaned properly either, and I dont think the carpet was vacuumed very well either. The bathroom fan was very dirty. I don’t think i will stay here again.

This hotel is showing its age. It is very average in all aspects. It was quiet and very reasonably priced.

Stayed here Christmas Eve, the hotel was just what we needed for a quiet night while travelling.

The room was nice and the staff were friendly. The breakfast sausage was odd and I felt ill after eating it. The wifi in the room was unusable and I asked the front counter to see if they could fix it and nothing changed. It tested at less than 1mb and could not even run my remote work session.
