Meine Erfahrungen sind überall nur sehr gut. Wir waren freundliche begrüßt an Rezeption mit Fräulein Dilki, dann wir bekommen ganz große deluxe Zimmer, nächste Tage wir waren diagnostiziert mit professionellen ayurvedischen Ärzten und dann wir bekommen professionellen Behandlungen mit ayurvedischen speziellen Prozeduren. Alle Leute waren sehr freundlich, hilfreich und ich empfehle dieser Hotel allem wer suchen Ruhe, Regeneration, neues Start ins Leben.

Paradise on the beach! All the staff is more than lovely,Ayurveda perfect and location on the most beautiful beach of the coast! Very clean and good Ayurvedic food. All is very well managed and you feel at home. Holiday feeling while you cure yourself…what’s better? Ayurveda Doctors follow you 24 hours a day and you have great results! Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel à quiconque cherche une expérience authentique et apaisante. Les soins ayurvédiques et le personnel compétent et charmant font de cet endroit un véritable sanctuaire de bien-être. Les infrastructures, la piscine, le jardin et la plage y ajoutent une touche de villégiature. Nous avons été littéralement enchantés par la qualité des soins ayurvédiques proposés dans cet hôtel. Chaque séance était une expérience holistique, où le bien-être de l'esprit et du corps était pris en considération avec une expertise remarquable. Les médecins, les masseurs, le personnel sont extrêmement attentifs à la santé et au bien-être des "vacanciers". Leur bonne humeur a ajouté une dimension humaine à notre séjour. Vous serez également surpris par la flore et la faune : les écureuils, les chauves-souris, les varans, les oiseaux... et même les vaches sur la plage !

I stayed there for a week and became friends with the staff, who became almost exclusive to me. There are staff who can speak Japanese, and everyone is very kind. It was a wonderful experience to do yoga while listening to the sounds of birds and waves.

Die Hotelzimmer sowie das Therapie Zentrum sind stark renovierungsbedüftig. Wir stellen seit 2018 keine Verbesserungen/Massnahmen zur Renovierung fest und es war 2018 schon sehr auffällig/erforderlich, aber nun muss man diesen Zustand eindeutig benennen, denn so stimmen Preis-Leistung leider nicht mehr! Das Management muss reagieren, sonst können die Top Ärzte wie auch Top Therapeuten nicht mehr gegen diesen Verfall an arbeiten!!!

My sincere thanks to Management & staff who truly made my stay a memorable one. From the day I arrived to my check out the staff never faulted their services. I have been to other Auyveda treatment place but the treatment care and cleanness of the entire clinic I found very appealing. The surrounding beauty also contributed to my comforts after the daily treatments. The location of the Resort is stunning and a short distance from the ocean which I found stimulating The food was a bit of a challenge but I must confess the freshly prepared food helped with the detoxification which was why I was there in the first place, so kudos to the chefs who put the meals together and always had a big variety to choose from. If given an opportunity to repeat the holiday, most definitely albeit I would book for a longer period

This was my first experience of Ayurveda. I booked directly with the hotel and received very prompt responses to any queries I had. I stayed for a week, in a very nice suite with a lovely sea view. All the staff are fantastic, from the guard at the gate, to the reception staff, the waiting staff, the people who service the rooms and of course the Ayurveda Centre staff. It’s a very peaceful place to stay. The pool area is lovely, the grounds are lush and it’s right beside the beach with soft golden sands. It’s also a short tuk tuk ride from a main train station on the Colombo to Galle line, which is handy if you don’t have your own transport and want to venture out to explore. I was a little disappointed with the food. Every meal is a buffet and I found it rather bland - although I do appreciate that the focus is on healthy eating not gourmet style!

I stayed for a week, which was the last week of a month long trip to southern India and Sri Lanka so I was reasonably relaxed on arriving. I had a very nice suite with a lovely sea view. All the staff are fantastic, from the guard at the gate, to the reception staff, the waiting staff and the people who service the rooms. The pool area is lovely, the grounds are lush and it’s right beside the beach with soft golden sands. It’s also a short tuk tuk ride from a main train station which is handy if you don’t have your own transport and want to venture out e.g. to visit Galle. I didn’t especially enjoy some of the treatments, personally found them a bit oily. I hated the prescribed “medicines”; you could do better at describing what and why the various herbal concoctions and pills are being given. The food, although fresh, was somewhat disappointing. Every meal is a buffet, which gets boring very quickly. To be fair, the website states no red meat, seafood or cheese, and they are encouraging healthy eating - just don’t expect gourmet meals.
