ホテル リヴァダ プレステージ - サバ ホテルズ & リゾーツ(Hotel Livada Prestige - Terme 3000 - Sava Hotels & Resorts)

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is already a little worn. For a 5* hotel, the food is quite average. I have already been a guest in two neighbouring hotels, Termal and Ajda, which do not have such a high rating, but the food in Livada is no better or tastier. The rooms are large and nicely furnished. Staff is very nice and professional. The biggest drawback is the hotel pool, which is too small and needs renovation (massage nozzles in the pools work extremely poorly or not at all). The prices of drinks in the hotel cafe are too high, for a drink and a snack it is better to go to the neighbouring Hotel Ajda. The saunas are beautiful and pleasant.

We have stayed at Livada for 4 nights and there is much good to be said: - Rooms are spacious, immaculately clean and well designed, - Hotel is really really quiet with a lot of space. You can easily open room windows/terrance through the night and enjoy fresh air and quiet, - Breakfast and dinner are buffets, but there are a lot of good health-oriented choices so you can easily put a healthy combination that will accommodate your diet and/or healthy lifestyle (or you can go wild, it's your choice), - There is a lot of meadows and walking paths to take a good stroll around the hotel complex (hotels Livada, Ajda and Termal are next to each other), pretty much in every direction, - Staff is all experienced, helpful, well trained and well-spoken (we have heard them speaking Slovenian, Croatian, English and German at least), - Pools are quite clean, well maintained with *incredibly* clean water which is rarely the case in other hotels/pools we have visited before, - Desserts at Aperitif bar are on a whole new level of awesome, make sure you try a few if not everything! - Family rooms are equipped with mini-golf for kids which has been a lot of enjoyment for our kids (5, 8 and 10 years old), - Around the hotel there is not much traffic going on, so there is really next to none traffic noise. There are also some disappointments which are not really showstoppers, but we wish we have known this in advance: - There is no À la carte lunch option at this moment and Livada restaurant actually produces just a handful of fast-food lunch options for the aperitif bar. While it is technically possible to have some kind of lunch, options for smaller kids are really limited to french fries and deep fried meat which is a little bit disappointing for 5-star hotel, - Terme 3000 complex is really really busy through the day and visiting with smallish kids is exhausting given the amount of people and situations going on. Also the grilled meat and french fries smell is covering most of the pools during lunch time... - None of TV sets are equipped with Smart TV (ie. for Disney+, Netflix, HBO etc.), not even with USB port so that we can play our own cartoons/movies. - Out of 6 hotel pools, 4 are outside and from 8-17 CEST don't have even a bit of shade and out of 2 which are inside, one is a shallow for small babies and the other (which is decently sized) is excessively hot and for 30-45 minute max continuous use only. Nothing described above is really bad, like I said and we will most likely return back due to really good water quality, breakfast/dinner combination and overwhelmingly good hotel staff.

We stayed in Livada for 3 nights. It was pleasant. Room was spacious, clean, modern. Public area and pool facilities, especially those outside were nice. Hotel restaurant was clean, food selection ok but nothing special. Staff was very helpfull since we had some food restrictions. They did their best to please us. Also all other staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall good stay, very decent hotel. Not quite 5star but a decent 4 superior.

If you are reading this review, Livada Hotel has probably appeared on your radar and you are wondering if it is worth visiting. My answer is ABSOLUTELY YES! Excellent hotel, excellent food, hotel pools, cleanliness and friendliness! Priceless. By visiting this hotel you are not taking any risks and it is rightly named Prestige.

Better from outside then inside. From outside hotel looks beautifull but inside is not so nice. Pools sleep in the past. Great problem with the toalet smell in room. When we said that on reception they ignore us. Staff except reception was great. Five stars!?

From the moment we walked in to Hotel Livada we felt really good. We were greeted by the service robot which brought us some traditional Gibannica. The service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I have ever had anywhere. So much choice for both breakfast and dinner. There was even a whole Honey comb on the buffet which I have never seen anywhere before and I have stayed in many many hotels over the years all over the globe. Saturdays are for the food of the region which was really really nice. The Bograc( traditoonal stew) was second to none. We took half board so for lunch we had to order our 2 year old some food to the room. There was a nice selection but there is a 5 Euro delivery fee to the room which is the first time I came across this. Passes to therme 3000 is included with towels which was excellent! The hotel pool is very relaxing too. We can't wait for our next trip which will continue this series of many more trips for as a family here I beleive.

Maybe not typical 5star luxury hotel, but clean and on higher level than expected. We were here years ago with the family and it's still very good services and well maintained. Due to some corona restrictions still applied, some services abounded like thermal water in the public pool. But you can use your priver jacuzzi in the room with thermal "black" water. I'll definitely return in autumn. Highly recommended.

Great experience in this 5* facility ! From check-in until check-out everything was ok . There are few things still open for improvement and i hope that this will also be done soon . Room : the room we get was great size , beds was comfortable , 1 bathroom with jacuzzi and 2nd one with power shower and steam sauna . Jacuzzi in room have 2 faucets - one is meant for thermal water - what is a nice touch and very good , since you can relax in your room in thermal hot water instead being in crowded place like swimming pool . Furniture should be improved a little bit - since its a 5* hotel and it are not at newest standard. But all in all room is not bad ! Food : we had half-board and i can say - the food is main point of this hotel - its always a self service buffet with many options - for breakfast even champagne is served . What i personally missed was some live-bbq station where chef can prepare some meat and fish up to liking of guest - and some live pasta section - where also chef can do some pasta up to their guest liking ! But food is really good and taste is authentic Slovenian . Spa - Pool : theres is a nice thermal indoor and outdoor pool with pool chairs for resting . I should recommend that chairs are not the nicest and 5* hotel should improve this . Saunas was also great ! Theres a lack of towels for sauna and at evening towels for pool are almost non existent . So be early to get your towel ☺️ . General words : We had some issues with water leaking in bathroom - and case was solved in professional way - then we received even complimentary basked of fresh fruits and on check-out next day - also a gift of Gibanica - whats a traditional Slovenian cake with cheese , apples , nuts - very traditional and super delicious .

Hotel Livada has been our choice for years. Wonderful ambience, luxurious rooms, excellent gastronomy and, above all, friendly staff. The best Thai massage ever! Our place for a perfect vacation. Tatjana, Croatia
