部屋はきれいです

useful information, while hotel doesn't offer itself is, shuttle bus leaves from hotel at every full hour, and arrives at T1 hotel bus station approx. a quarter past full hour. The hotel is not bad knowing the price, though I found 1-2 long hairs in the bath room which obviously don't belong to me. Otherwise nothing on complain. Breakfast is good, but nothing to eat for the rest of day. The Italian restaurant recommended by the staff is very good. In order to go there, one needs to cross a street full of trucks and no traffic light. Use caution to cross the street!

住一樓房間，毛巾不乾淨，從大廳至一樓房間由樓梯，大行李要抬5格樓梯，很不方便。房間沒有冰箱，房間門走道很小，行李過不去，只能擺門口。有大行李的要考慮 房間有舖地毯，潮濕有點味道。

素晴らしいフロントサービス。シンプルな朝食と高速道路から離れた非常に便利な場所。フランクフルト空港近く。

I stayed there for a week. They had a wide selection for their free breakfast. There was a shuttle that took me to the airport and if you don’t mind a little walking, it’s only about a 25 minute walk into town. The staff was super friendly and very helpful, they made it feel like I was at home.

I called the hotel about the airport schedule and someone said there wasn't one so I paid 35 euros to get there and, on arriving, I found out there was a free schedule from the airport. The wifi in my room didn't the whole time. I had to go the lobby to do my business emails. I won't stay there again.

I had initial problems with check in however the Manager apologised and explained the situation.

It was quite noisy in room as the street with cars is very near, i couldn't sleeo good at night
