Very nice. Great rooms. Jesse at the front desk was outstanding. He helped with our reservation before we arrived, restaurant recommendations and smooth, easy checkout. It makes a real difference to have professional and friendly staff.
We had business event for 150+ people and everything was amazing! Melanie was extremely helpful through the booking process and I cannot speak highly enough about Amir and his team! Bernadette, Ramy, Eldo, Desiree and Haidy were very accommodating to any request we had and truly made it a perfect event! If you are looking for a place to book for an event, look no further - the Westin Mount Laurel is the best around!
My first time staying Aloft Mt Laurel and I had the pleasure of meeting Steven W at the front desk when I first checked in and on my first day as well. He was very helpful, pleasant and address any concerns I had. Friendly and professional. My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable I will be back in the coming months.
A nice place to stay got better with the recent refresh and far better than the neighboring Hyatt House rat trap. Rooms have been redone and have a fresh new look. Breakfast seems adequate (did not partake). Attentive staff, good Nespresso shots available for purchase. Beds were comfortable, and the rooms were quiet between the walls. However, the noise in the hallways did carry, as there were some rambunctious people there at a wedding. One persona had their wheels stolen off of their car in broad daylight. Not sure how that happened, but there are no security cameras outside. Keep that in mind. This was probably an opportunistic crime and not reflective of the area which is largely office park, right off of Route 73.
FIRST OFF, I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. My wife and I have been staying here for the past several days and I must say that the Indian clerk is extremely unprofessional, and rude towards women and minorities. The morning front desk clerk (female) is always very polite, but the male that works nights and weekends has ALWAYS been EXTREMELY RUDE. So, my wife and I work opposite shifts, we pay daily over the phone, and doing so the keys reset. When I get off work, my wife already has her key made, so all I do is take my key to the front desk to have them reset it so I can gain access into my paid room. Well, I guess this man has a major problem with that. So today (12/11/22) I was waiting at an unoccupied front desk for about 10 minutes, when he comes in from outside. I simply asked him if he could update my key. He then goes off on a tangent and begins cussing me out saying this is not going to work. I tried to explain to him that my wife work opposite shifts, but he wouldn't let me get a word in, then ”shoos” me away and tells me to get out. I then said he was very unprofessional and I will be doing a review on Yelp, he said, he didn't care and to get out! I then walked out, then walked back in and told him ”all I wanted was a key, and didnt understand what his issue was, then I left. Every interaction my wife and I has had with him has been negative and unpleasant. He always throws the keys down, never says thank you or have a nice day. This motel should retrain him on his customer service skills, I'm sure the Econo Lodge / Choice Hotels corporate office will not condone this type of behavior. Econo lodge / Choice Hotels management team and corporate office will be hearing about this incident.
ゲゲストDo I have to give it a star??? Booked a 2 bedroom suite to see my daughter thru surgery and had to leave on arrival. DO NOT BOOK HERE. It is the most deplorable, filthy hotel I have ever been to and baby I have been some places! Furniture was worn out, is that period blood on the sofa?? Stove, microwave, fridge, cupboards, sink were disgusting. A whole tray of bacon grease in the oven, trash in the trash can... is that vomit on the floor?? Oh, how nice... a skid mark in the toilet. Windows were unlocked and screens were pulled back so maybe someone was 'staying' there (except the room across the hall had all the same issues). The place looked like a voucher motel if you know what I mean. The only positive about this experience was that I received a full refund. After trying to move to the room across the hall and finding it to be WAY WORSE, I asked the unphased clerk at checkout if this was commonplace and she said they are having staffing issues... ok, but that doesn't make it acceptable to check me into someone's dirty room. JUST DON'T DO IT... YOU WILL REGRET IT! Do not trust the Marriott name on this one!!
