Hawthorn Extended Stay by Wyndham Mount Laurel / Moorestown

Rooms are nice and clean. Free breakfast is decent. Place can get busy on the weekends, but overall great place to stay. Family friendly

First and foremost, design and look of the hotel is amazing. Very modern and my wife and I loved it. The breakfast was vert good as well as we seen in other reviews. The pool area was so clean and well kept, please what you do please keep it that way lol. Now the room itself was amazing so nice with all the at home amenities. Stove top, dish washer and plates and utensils it was a pleasant surprise and me and the family loved it . The hotel is literally next door to FunPlex, seriously you open one door and its right there in the same parking lot. We ae definitely booking this hotel again. Also for anyone who is planning on booking this hotel, make sure you book the hawthorne suites side with all the extended stay amenities. This was a great weekend stay and we definitly reccomend it

I love the fact that this hotel provides dove products also for breakfast they even serve veggie sausage, which I never gotten at any hotel, which I love my stay here was great. I stayed for a week and had no issues and no problems. Everyone was very helpful and that’s what made this place a great place to stay.

The one and only issue i had is that the pool water was cold and when i called about it they said it is already set at the temperature to be warmed and they can not change it. I was very disappointed because that's one of the reasons i booked this hotel was to swim.

My stay was GREAT! Hotel is nice & clean the staff was welcoming, friendly. Only issue was some1 trying to get in my room at 2am stating they booked the same room. Staff need a better procedure with dealing with situations like that. Other than that I would recommend.

We had a very nice stay as this hotel is new and so it’s still fresh and not worn down. The pool is small and not heated so it was pretty cold to use in Jan. but we did use for a little. My 2 complaints about the hotel would be there was NO hot water in shower no matter how many times we tried to shower in our room, it’s tepid at best and the other thing is the doors/walls are thin so even though the hotel was not crowded, I guess someone was staying near our room and kept opening and closing the hallway door (at least 8 times) between 3-4am so it kept waking me up. The dove branded toiletries were great. The breakfast was good and staff so friendly. We did take advantage of playing at funplex next door and it was fun for the kids. You get a discount if you buy the bands from the hotel so that was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend the hotel to others if the hot water could be fixed, I had so many people reach out from seeing my Instagram posts and ask for info on the property and Funplex!

This brand new hotel was a great weekend stay. The staff was friendly. The rooms are a nice size. The breakfast buffet is huge! The pool is open. My family will definitely be back as we have family in the area that we visit frequently.

Hotel is new and needs some work. The breakfast was over cooked. Eggs sat too long, sausage was too hard to eat. The room was clean but the bathroom door did not shut. We did not make a big fuss because it was just me and my spouse but if I was sharing a room with a friend there would have been an issue. The walls are very thin. I literally heard someone in another room get a dish out the cabinet. It sounded like the room diagonal from ours. There also was no trash bags in any of the trash cans. The staff was friendly but they are still being trained so things like getting a receipt during checkout took forever. If the price is right I would give it another However, I will wait a few months to make sure they had a chance to iron out all the nooks and crannies.

The stay was a short stay, and it would have been a good one if it wasn't for the the fact that the houskeeper had turned the cold air on in the room. That meant it took hours before the room was confortable.
