ホテルはとても美しい場所に位置しています。周りにゴルフ場もあるんですが！それが問題なんです。散歩にそこに行くことは許されないんです。そのため、ホテル周辺は道路に沿って歩くことしかできません。 朝食 - 選択肢は豊富ですが、アジア料理です。*、サラダ、パン、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、コーヒーなどベトナム料理があります。夕食 - メニューは多彩で、私はレモングラス添えのチキンを注文しました。あまり好きではありませんでしたが、ベトナム料理の特殊性なのかもしれません。 美しい部屋、非常に快適なベッドと枕。素敵なバスルーム。 サービス - 誰もが努力していますが、誰もが理解しているわけではありません。 美しいプールエリア 私はモペットをレンタルしました。料金は 1 日ではなく、8 時間またはプラス 4 時間で計算されます。 ダラットの中心部までのタクシー料金は約10ドルです

Beautiful location with absolutely stunning views. The panoramic windows make it feel like you’re living inside the landscape — waking up to this every day is truly magical. I completely fell in love with Dalat and honestly don’t want to leave. The hotel itself is also lovely — such a special place.

家族との楽しい時間を一緒にする楽しさをさらに増やした宿だったようです。ホテルの朝食も韓国人の好みに合わせて出て少し韓国なのかベトナム地元なのか分からないほどでしたね。去年の秋にオープンしているのか全体的にすっきりしながら清潔です。良い思い出を残すことができました。湖も歩いて10分の距離にあり、散歩するのが好きです。

I recently stayed at La Yến Đà Lạt, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable parts of my trip to Đà Lạt. The hotel has a warm, homelike atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. The design is charming—cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated with a lot of natural touches that match the peaceful vibe of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their hospitality truly made a difference. I especially want to give kudos to manager Minh. There was few issues during my last day, but Minh handled the service recovery with exceptional professionalism and kindness. His quick response and genuine care made the experience even better. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful valley view. I especially loved the quiet surroundings—perfect for relaxing after a day exploring. Highly recommended for both the beautiful property and the outstanding hospitality!

友人のために直前に窓のない部屋を予約しました。息苦しい/窮屈な部屋になるのではないかと心配していましたが、実際は素晴らしい部屋でした。バルコニー付きの部屋よりもレイアウトが気に入りました。ホテル自体も素敵で、朝食も美味しかったです（ヨーロッパ風ではなく、韓国風と中華風です）。週末はここで楽しい時間を過ごしました。

良かった点: 素晴らしい敷地（孔雀が30羽ほど見えました）、ボリュームたっぷりの美味しい朝食、美しい湖のほとり、ボート遊びができるホテル。 他にも悪かった点がいくつかあります。メインの建物と部屋は、もっと手入れが必要な、記念碑的で古びた建物になっています。ロビーの女性用トイレは水洗式ではありませんでした。車がないと不便で、どこにも遠く離れています。チェックイン時にベッドの問題が発生しました。ファミリールーム（大人2名＋子供2名）を予約したのですが、ベッドは3台分しかありませんでした。追加料金を支払って、4人目用に床にマットレスを敷いてくれました。部屋はとても湿気が多く寒いので、部屋とバスルームにはポータブル電気暖炉があり、夜中にそのうちの1つが火事になり、とても怖かったので自分で消しましたが、火災報知器は作動しませんでした。この状況に対して私たちは何も受け取りませんでしたし、謝る人もいませんでした。彼らは私たちに広くて素敵な部屋を用意してくれたかもしれませんが、ホテルは30%埋まっていました。火事の後、子供たちが眠っている夜、私たちは歩いて帰宅していました。私たちが移された部屋は、床に敷かれたマットレスと電気暖炉だけという、似たような部屋でした。しかし、到着する前にコンセントとカバーはすでに溶けてしまっていました！傾いた卓球台、照明のないビリヤード台、子供スペースのカーテンは破れ、バーカウンターは使えなくなっていました。かつての贅沢さの名残です！悲しく、憂鬱な後味でした…。

家族と私はCiciliaホテルで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。VinhさんとDung Dangさんはとてもプロフェッショナルで、滞在中ずっと素晴らしいサポートをしてくれました。他のスタッフも皆とても親切でした。ホテルのロビーや廊下が赤を基調としたシックで上品な装飾なのも気に入りました。また戻ってきたいです❤️

Unnecessarily inconvenient. I rate the 4person room with balcony. Pro: The place ist nice and quiet, feels luxurious, good bedsheets, nice sunset view. Some piano (tv) sound comes from the lobby. Nice Ambiente. Good value for the price. This is not the city center, you take a grab to go somewhere, place can be found as ”d house” on Google maps easily. Many power outlets, space, tables and some chairs and 2 mirrors in the room. The bedsheets are thick, only 2 sheets for 4 persons but I guess it's for couples. Con: The indoor slippers hurt my feet with every step, there are many steps to level -2. Cannot take them off because the floor is cold. When going to toilet or shower, you must bring the toiletpaper, towel, shampoo clothes etc from your room, lock your room, bring your keys, ... *** you need an orgachart and checklist just for taking a poop. Light cannot be switched from bed, and when entering the room you must first reach behind the door. After 8pm you need to fiddle a bit to open the gate. No wifi information stored in the app or in the room. Super Inconvenient, hire someone to improve the flow(i.e. japanese person)!

this room has a huge window but it faces another house/hotel. tbh I dont mind since it's on the first floor, technically no one could really see you. for the price and the location and all these amenities and services, I could not really ask for more

Great old hotel. Parker floor. Esthetic hall and rooms. They have discounts for golf tee time. Receptionist work is amazing: I booked golf by telephone as arrived late and she organized breakfast for me take with take away options for early tee time. Enjoyed my stay here. Amazing hotel
