Booked in for one night nice room and good art deco reception and bar . But while eating a meal in the Charlie's bar we were robbed by Romanians while at the table who stole my mobile phone who had managed to enter the hotel and bar. The night reception seemed at first not to want call the police but after a few requests did. The French police (5 of them) arrived very quickly looked at the cctv. and took all the details identifying the suspects as Romanian. Also telling us that they have a problem in the area. Such a shame for a lovely town. In the morning we thought the reception might have commented on what had taken place but it seems the night staff had not informed them of anything. They need to up their security ! The French police took the situation seriously and we made full statement with them in the morning, if only the hotel had shown the same.
Good, well-priced hotel on a quiet road with modern and air-conditioned rooms. The staff were friendly and reasonable breakfast. Mulhouse itself a good base from which to reach Colmar - where l imagine hotel prices are much higher.
Lovely staff who were very welcoming. The room was perfect - had a hob, fridge, kettle etc so could be self-sufficient. The room and bathroom were very spacious. Was amazing especially considering the price.
We were on route home from a family holiday in Italy and Mullhouse was a convenient stop over point. First time in a Brit hotel and we were very pleased. Beds were comfy, rooms clean, Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice and the location was good with secure on site parking.
Being on a trip in Europe, planed to spend the night in Mulhouse. Booked two rooms at BW (always had good experience with BW) and kindly asked for quiet rooms where we can rest after a long drive by car. Getting to the rooms, the very stinky bathrooms were the first shock. Hardly got 3 hours of sleep, as the rooms were facing a loud street, with Tram passing every few minutes till midnight and early again in the morning, cars, motorbikes...etc. Trying to shower in the morning - surprise. NO warm water at all. Only option left was a cold shower, healthy... but not pleasant after a sleepless night. Unless you like stinky bathrooms, extremely noisy, tiny rooms and no warm water for shower in the morning, stay far away from this place.

Lovely welcome from an efficient and helpful receptionist. Basic hotel, but spotlessly clean. Decent sized room; bathroom is small, but has everything you need. Secure underground parking opposite hotel. Less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of town. Very good overnight stop. Only minus was that our 4th floor room window was not on a retainer and could not be closed (didn't matter as we stayed in July and are adults)
Quiet location away from town and train station. However very basic booked a twin was given double when returned to desk asked to wait 5 mins same room just put separate duvet but one was doubled on top so far too warm for august. Beds together could only just walk past end of bed and round one side not what a twin should be. No drinks facilities in room, went to reception sat night 8pm to eat was told nothing had to walk to find food or get delivery. Even though menu said 24 hours, found dominoes pizza only 7.99 very good 10-15 min walk. Did find excellent bakery just 5 mins on corner of road to right of hotel excellent cafe au lait and pain au chocolate open 7 days. Shower basic but was good, staff ok, did phone me a taxi without charge. Did stay 3 nights would not stay again rooms far too small and basic. Also when you can hear flushing toilet from other rooms this is not acceptable.
