4 stars(for a 3* hotel) because everyone at the hotel were helpful and the hotel on the 5th floor is not bad at all. I had issues on the 6th floor (including mould - PLEASE FIX)) so I was shown a room on the 3rd (old/dates/smell) and 5th floors as a replacement. On the 5th floor room 502 the fan speed selector does not work; I kept forgetting to tell them. Fan is stuck on fast soeed. PLEASE FIX. NOTE: the hotel reception is going through renovation so we had to walk through dust and mess on occasions and step over wires. Health & safety in India is a concept not understood. ***AGEMENT: Please make sure pathways are clear for customers. But it wasn't all bad though, and noise shouldn't bother you on higher floors. BREAKFAST: Cooked Indian food is VERY hot (chillies) and we didn't not eat any. Cereals, made to order omelette, fruits, juices, dried nuts, cakes/pastries, etc were available so we did not go hungry. Tea/coffee and 2 bottles of water provided daily. Hand towels we had to ask for. Loved the liquid soap dispensers so there is noplastic waste with small bottles, etc. I would return again if the price is right.
