Very clean, but extremely out dated. The pictures DO NOT match the property. Our room was great but teammates of our daughters had a bad experience where their room was not so great!

Only stayed about 20 minutes after finding a bedbug crawling on our bed, which my wife has a video of. Best part is both I individually and ******* on my behalf have reached out asking about a refund and the hotel doesn’t even have the decency to respond. I’m filing a claim with my credit card company. Just don’t bother staying here. We ended up at the Super 8 next door which was about the same price and worked out just fine

This property was OK. I didn’t expect much because I was looking for an inexpensive option but the property had a smell that no amount of air freshener could cover. Also, the WiFi was terrible. There is no excuse for that in 2023.

The room we were first given was dirty. We were then moved to another room that was worse than the last.

It was a good nights stay the room was nice other than the tv did not work it keep saying no signal and I was very tired and just went to bed

Dirty and run down! Don’t stay here!! Toilet seat was broken off laying on the floor, floors weren’t clean, mirror was covered in toothpaste splash. Outlet cover was off and wires were showing. Tv wasn’t connected. Stayed 2 nights and basically only needed to sleep but arriving back to room after midnight for second night towels weren’t switched out and beds weren’t made up. Overall dirty and rundown. Needs a major update.

The property is in rough shape. My friends that live in Muncie couldn’t believe I was staying at this hotel. It is in need of a complete remodel.

We needed a cheap hotel for the weekend, and that’s what we got. We were in a king room that very obviously used to be a double queen room which was fine, but had weirdly spaced furniture. TVs need a major update, no face towels in the room. Main quarrel was that staff at check in did nothing to inform us of breakfast times, check out time, or WiFi info which was annoying. Cleanliness was majorly lacking, there was butter left in the fridge from the last guest. We also were woken at 5 am by what we assume was another guest in the hallway yelling and threatening someone. All in all it was not a great time. It worked for what we needed but we won’t be staying again.

I have stayed here several times due to work related travel. It's easy to reserve online and then to checkin. The beds, bathrooms, and living space are always clean. It's an older establishment and there haven't been recent updates, but if you can get pass the older facade, it is decent sleeping conditions. I've only had one of several nights where I wasn't pleased with smells in the air (i.e., smoke odors), which isn't typical.
