FK リゾート & スパ(FK Resort & Spa)

I saw several people give this hotel a 5 star.. so decided to go there.. am sorry this place is average at best. The food is fabulous, but that's about it. The bathrooms are tiny, no trashcan in the bathroom, actually my room did not have a dustbin. The shower was tepid on all the 5 times I showered. The pillows were horrible and gave me and my colleagues a stiff neck (and no, we didn't share a pillow ) No lotion either. Bathrooms also had no tissue holder, so tissue was placed on the hand basin.. I hope they fix this. The staff are however attentive and kind

the waitress was very rude & had a nasty attitude. we requested for water which they declined to give us, the manager also declined to help us yet we had children that just needed to quench their thirst. I had to go with the kids to the kitchen area where we got served with water. we had ordered for chips & sausages. this took very long to come with the chips coming in first. we ate while waiting for the sausages which were not coming, when we called the waitress when she had come to pick our plates, she was not even apologetic, she went to place the order again which we had to cancel. Tables were not wiped before or after food the kids play area is not attended to. it had a very bad smell coming from the drainage. a number of kids got hurt on their elbows from the slide. The parking lot was not attended to Not a good experience at all

We chose FK resort as a break in our safari from Amboseli to Samburu. We weren’t there long, but it was a great little break on our journey. Everyone would have liked to spend more time there. It is a wonderful choice not far from Nyeri town and with much better rates than most places in the area. It was clean, modern and friendly. We were a larger group and could have used a little better explanation of the facilities. But the staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful as was the setting in general. Choose the superior room, the facilites are much better than standard.

The place looks great as you enter. Ample parking..well manicured garden and beautiful flow of flowers. Great reception. Polite and very helpful staff. Willing to assist...clean place.. Good rooms... lovely swimming pool. Good food. Was very fast service and well presented food and breakfast was awesome.

The bed was very comfortable but bathroom needed some attention, rail coming off, tile above the mirror broken ain’t on the wall needs doing , the staircase needs some good work doing . Service at breakfast slow and not enough choice of spreads , juices and milk

The staff are amazing. Very professional, caring and friendly. The rooms were clean and up to a great standard, I’m ready to come back and stay and I would encourage anyone who want, caring, friendly and professional environment to go and visit FK RESORT AND SPA. Most importantly, the African culture of hospitality, humbleness play a big role in most of the staffs.

No advance but was well received. Took the Superior room. The quality of the superior bedroom was impressive - large and clean. The hotel as a whole appeared modern, clean hotel and tastefully decorated. Surrounded by unspoiled nature. Staffed by happy and friendly people. Absolutely beautiful.

Nice place to stop and spend time.
