Good property with well maintained garden and facilities. Lot of greenery and beautiful flowers, a bliss to the eyes. Great food and plenty of options for buffet breakfast. In the heart of Munnar, but away from all the busy hustles of the town.

Excellent hospitality. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable and well maintained. Restaurant is above par and caters for special requirements. The property as such is wonderful and is comparable with five star hotels in metros. Recommended for families as well as solo travelers including ladies.

Stayed for 4 nights and 5 days in KTDC Tea county Royal premium rooms and had a very good time. The highlight is the decorated living room, relaxing bathroom with ample provisions including a rain shower and the balcony which you can look upon the mountains. Everyday morning we were woken up by the chirping sparrows and a whistling bird near the balcony. You get to see sparrows hanging around your room which is a rare sight for someone from chennai. Slight improvement required at check in pls - We were hurried through the checkin with little to no smile , felt a bit awkward but other staff who helped with our luggage co****sated for it with his slow and steady details. A serious improvement is needed on the restaurant. They consistently missed our orders or delayed a coffee by 30 mins, forgot to provide water in breakfast buffet all 5 days, misses out on refilling juice glasses, plates etc. so much to fix, hopefully this will be taken care of so that the guests don't feel left out.

Great location, centre of the city, best and clean rooms, great room service, friendly staff. The location of this hotel is excellent in terms of connectivity with rest of the state and tourist spots of interest. The property is still maintained and beautiful.

Amazing location.. vey friendly and polite staff.. Great food.. Buffet breakfast, especially the masala omellette was incredible.. The only drawback as we were a group of four adults was that the rooms would have been a bit more spacious.. Overall a very good experience..

⁃ Check in good ⁃ Grounds and hotel had a colonial feel to them and were very nice ⁃ Very clean ⁃ Room/balcony were big enough but bathroom was a little small. Both were furnished to a high standard ⁃ Considering the 4 star rating and opulence the drinks were reasonably priced and the bar area was very nice. However, the drinks menu was somewhat limited and they only served wine or beer or soft drinks. ⁃ Food was okay but a bit lacking in choice. ⁃ Beautiful dining area with large windows and views over the lawns ⁃ Very limited availability of fruit at breakfast time. ⁃ Pathways between hotel and bungalows/blocks a strange mix of uneven squares of pebbles and grass. Not easy to walk on without twisting your ankle! ⁃ Would be nice to have had a swimming pool or outside patio to sit. ⁃ Had to ask if you wanted them to clean/service your room. ⁃ Overall very nice hotel

Located at the midst of city centre, yet quite peaceful and serene. A widespread property with beautiful well maintained garden all around uniquely designed property with well distanced rooms. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice Property, well ***aged & clean. Rooms upkeep can be further improved. Bathroom fittings are quite Zazzy, can be avoided. Breakfast menu is horrible, so decided to skip Lunch & Dinner at Team County. Staff needs to be more friendly & interactive.
