We stayed in Room 202 from October 27 to 28, hoping for a pleasant experience given the hotel's views. Indeed, the room offered a stunning outlook, and it was clean, but that’s where the positives ended. The service was extremely disappointing. We faced multiple power and water outages, and contacting reception or housekeeping was impossible, as calls went unanswered. Each time we needed assistance, we had to go down to the reception and wait or look for someone to help. Breakfast was another letdown—limited choices, and everything served cold, from dosas and sambar to pooris. While a simple menu would be fine, the quality was poor in every way. When we ran out of drinking water, repeated requests went unaddressed. Altogether, this stay was frustrating and disappointing, despite the lovely views.
