We have stayed at the hotel a couple of times and love it. Nice a**osphere and friendly staff. Good breakfast too. If you plan to stay in Turckheim, this hotel is perfectly situated. They also have a good secure parking

We stayed at Hotel des Deux Clefs in early December while exploring the Chris**as markets. The pictures don’t do it justice. So beautiful and charming, well-located and well-appointed, clean and quiet and comfortable and spacious. And the breakfast was fantastic - such a variety of local and regional delights. Turckheim is a charming village. It’s near several good restaurants and a grocery store as well. I can’t recommend highly enough!

A charming hotel with beautiful and inviting decor - the lobby is filled with interesting and striking objects from around the world, particularly Asia and Africa. My room was so quaint and pretty - the floral wallpaper was a nice touch. The view of the vineyards/rolling hills was memorable. I felt very safe throughout my stay, both in the hotel and in the area surrounding it. My only complaint was that there was no elevator and I had to lug up my big suitcase to the 3rd floor all by myself!

Away from the crowds yet so close. so calm, charming, full of history! we just loved it in anyway. Staff was amazing compared to a French hospitality. We don't get to have a breakfast in the mornings so we didn't but the a**osphere during the breakfast was also great. the set up of the tables as if you are having a breakfast in chateau in 1800. Great touches!

the hotel was amazing !!! we stayed with my wife and it was a great experience for us. we will come back again and stay at this lovely hotel. location + breakfast + staff all were amazing and welcomed us very well.

It is the perfect hotel to breathe in the Chris**as a**osphere. The staff is attentive and the hotel is full of charming details. Perfect town location and perfect hotel location. I would definitely stay at this hotel any time of the year.

Hello! First of all I want to say I loved the decorations of the hotel. It kept the original style and it had lots of charm. I loved the breakfast too - many options and good quality products. However, I would suggest more cheese variety and more vegan options. I was very surprised anyway to see vegan milk, which is a nice touch! The hotel staff I interacted with were very nice and helpful. About my room - even if it was an economy room, I felt satisfied with the quality. However, I did not like that the heating was turned off in the room and nobody told me before hand how to turn it on, I had to figure out by myself. It was not pleasant, coming into a cold room on a freezing December night. Over all, I loved the experience and if I had the change I would stay here again. Thank you!

Over all categories Top Service! :-) Top location to start Trips to different places near to Turckheim! Colmar,..... Breakfast was delicious for all off us! Hotel organized the possibility to have rooms on same Etage for my mother and the rest of our familiy!

Oh I loved this hotel! Great location with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Gorgeous sitting areas with a unique eclectic gathering of items. Lovely courtyard and delicious breakfast. It feels like you are staying in a fairy castle in medieval times! Had 2 different rooms and both were lovely! Highly recommend if you are anywhere close to Turckheim!!
