The staff are freindly, but house keeping leave alot to be desired, had to go to re eption twice whilst on holiday to let them know cleaners hadn't been in and to get fresh towels.Breakfast is good but dinner not the best,same sort of food every day, if you want a drink even water at dinner they charge it to your room or you pay for it at that time. It's quite a walk to the nearest shops although there is a shuttle bus that runs from Sunday to Fri free ,which is good.

We have just returned from a family holiday here and have had an absolutely wonderful time. Arriving at the hotel we were greeted by friendly and efficient reception staff and as soon as they saw that my mum was in a wheelchair they arranged to move their room to the ground floor in the apartment block so they didn’t have to bother with the lifts. With 7 of us in the party, we had booked a 1 bedroom apartment, a family room and a single occupancy room and all were absolutely amazing, very clean and spacious. We all slept amazing as the beds were so comfortable! We were facing the lake which meant we had the sun on the balcony for the morning but my parents were facing the pool and had it in the afternoon. All areas of the hotel are extremely clean and well taken care of. The pools don’t open until 10am but there is no race for the sunbeds and we even managed to get them in the afternoon after being out for the morning. The only slight downside I would say is that sometimes the food wasn’t always as hot as we would have liked and with 2 fussy eaters they sometimes complained about the choice but overall there was a good selection and great desserts. The entertainment was amazing, the best we have ever seen and all ages enjoyed it. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely consider returning in the future!

Really clean and spacious rooms! Really comfortable beds. Amazing selection of food and really friendly staff! 3 large pools, one of which for adults only. Price for a week stay very reasonable for all inclusive break. Beach is around 10-15 min walk as advertised on the hotel website and hotel provides busses to and from the beach.

Lovely rooms with a balcony and nice view but there was a very rude member of staff named Joshua who worked downstairs in the bar. Someone had taken up our drinks and we went back to the bar inside to ask for another set as there was still drink in our previous cups. He then went onto be dismissive and I think there was a language barrier but he basically said it’s not his problem. Very disappointed. Breakfast was ok, too much milk in the scrambled egg made it runny, no vegetarian sausages at least. Didn’t appreciate the fact that just because we only are bed and breakfast they didn’t even stick our fridge with water or even tea and coffe stuff. Bed and breakfast guests have to rent a kettle??? Like seriously.

Beds were very comfortable and there was an excellent power shower, We had a huge balcony with great view ,apartment was spacious .The hotel had ample amount of pools suitable for young children and adults Entertainment was on every night and great fun with very friendly helpful staff.

Nice hotel, hardworking staff, food plentiful, nice pool and surroundings, only negative was loud music until early hours, but this is a family hotel and it's was impossible not to enjoy the entertainment. Playa de muro is lovely with beautiful beaches and a relaxing atmosphere, we will definitely come back.

Two families of 4 visited in half term all inclusive Children age 10-14 Children enjoyed playing in the pool, table tennis, snooker etc but did miss not having an area to play football Entertainment was great Plenty of food available, some choices for a vegetarian We had a great time Half a mile to the beach Plenty of shops Really enjoyable holiday for all
