Perfect location with private beach and 2 swimming pools, good Services staff so friendly good gym and sauna, steam room facilities. First time in Muscat but not last, will definitely will come back, highly recommend.

Disappointing week in a disappointing hotel. From the moment we landed in Oman, the intercontinental hotel was not helpful. When we asked for a taxi, they wouldn’t help us and we had to arrange ourselves. When we asked if we had a sea view, we were told “we had a partial sea view” which was actually a car park and a loud generator which rattled on all through the night. The generator was so loud we had to keep the balcony doors closed all the time. However, one night, even with the doors closed we were kept awake until 3am with loud bangs and clatters from hotel staff loading up vans with furniture after an event at the hotel. When we asked about booking the onsite restaurants, we were told they were all closed apart from the main one. Multiple times when we went to the main restaurant we were told it was too busy and we had to wait and come back later. When we did get into the restaurant, we often had to wait long times for food to be replaced or we given paper cups because they’d run out of glasses! When we tried to get the WiFi at the pool, there was none. When we tried to use the creams in the room, they’d run out. The staff were lovely and the food was nice but altogether, we didn’t feel looked after and definitely don’t feel this is a 5* hotel.

My recent stay at the Mandarin Oriental Muscat was overall enjoyable, with several notable highlights. The hotel’s location near the beachfront is fantastic, offering stunning views of Muscat and the surrounding mountains. The interiors are beautifully designed, featuring natural materials that create a luxurious and calming atmosphere. The rooms were ultra-comfortable, with excellent beds and top-quality linens that made for a great night’s sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful in-room amenities, including good tea, a Nespresso machine, and water in glass bottles—a healthy and eco-friendly touch. The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner provided were of great quality, and the dental kits were decent. However, I did notice that some toothpaste tubes weren’t fresh, as the paste had become solid and dry in a few sets. Additionally, the shaving kit was of the cheapest level, which didn’t align with the otherwise high standards of the hotel. Breakfast was good but not quite up to the level typically expected from Mandarin Oriental. There’s definitely room for improvement here, but I believe this is something the hotel will refine over time. The staff were polite and professional, which added to the overall positive experience. Considering the hotel is still new, I’d rate the overall experience, including the price/value ratio, as 3.5 out of 5. I’m confident that with time, the hotel will address these minor gaps and elevate the experience to match the impeccable standards the brand is known for.

No true complaints that would be the fault of the establishment. It was my Ramadan and def my fault for not doing more thorough research. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere or at least that’s how I felt. The food was pretty good though a bit pricey. Since it was Ramadan options were slim to none outside of the hotel during certain hours. I will say the staff was very sweet and beyond kind. On our last morning we left the hotel around 5am. We were provided with a full, cooked to order breakfast and beverage to take away. What I thought would be a bagel and juice was a complete meal of eggs (cooked as requested), oats and fresh fruit and then some.

非常滿意，黃金絕佳位置，周邊是大使館區域，絕對安全，關鍵就在海邊，步行十幾分鍾就到免費的海邊，安逸慘了，絕美景色，關鍵人少呀，基本就是包場，每天都是夕陽灑落沙灘。酒店很新，設施很好，開窗見海，有山景泳池 ，早餐豐富美味。員工熱情，商場一體。唯一不足就是周邊沒有市井生活氣息，不過街對面就是，所以絕對是一個好酒店，跟臨海的五星級度假酒店無本質差別，沒必要花更多錢去住旁邊的五星😄

大きなベッドがツインベッドに変更され、大人2名子供1名でしたが、小さい子供は大人と添い寝できました。もう1つは大柄な男性が寝るのにちょうどいいです 朝食と夕食、両方ともビュッフェを予約しました。夕食の牛肉はもちろん、色々なお野菜も美味しかったです！朝食は普通で悪くない。 衛生状態：とても清潔で整頓されています！ 環境: 美しい庭園があり、屋外には子供の遊び場もあり、太陽が輝いていない夕方に遊ぶことができます。 7階にはプールがございます。小さいですがプールが2つあります。簡単なツアーに参加する 素晴らしいサービスでした！ ！ ！

The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. It was a bit far from the old town which is the main tourist spot. Amenities were pretty basic but since it was not pricey I wouldn’t complain…

こちらも素晴らしいホテルです。マスカット空港から 12 分、グランド モールのすぐ隣にあり、エレベーターでグランド モールまで直行できます。設備は素晴らしく、チェックイン時間の 5 分前にサラーラから直接ここに到着しました。フロントのマディエがスムーズな体験を保証してくれました。アベニューズ モールは真向かいにあり、スルタン カブース モスクまでは約 8 分です。以前と同様に、より素晴らしい体験をするために地元で食事をしたいので、食事のオプションは選びませんでした。料金に見合ったサービスを受けられます。簡単で手間のかからない滞在を提供してくれたグランド ミレニアム マスカットのスタッフに感謝します。

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel's maintenance and cleanliness were impeccable, truly world-class. And the breakfast? It was a delicious, flavorful feast unlike anything I've ever had. A well-deserved 5 stars!

This is my fourth visit to this hotel, very clean, friendly staff, near mall of Oman, nice pool
