This was my second time staying at this location, and it was justas good as the first time.

All the staff were courteous and helpful. Our big unit had a beautiful ocean view. The indoor pool and hot tub were great. The resort is also well-located. We walked to shops and restaurants.

Loved the place not too bad as far as noise in hotel from other guests. This hotel was beautiful and clean. Hotel staff was very helpful. Last year at another hotel 10 minutes away we had spring breakers making noise till 4:30 in the morning and hotel did nothing to stop it!!!

My stay was awesome. Check in was easy. The ocean view was amazing. I wish i could have stayed longer.

I liked everything about this hotel. Well situated 👍 very relaxing because we’re able to hear the ocean breeze… very clean, people were very friendly and nice.

Hilton made this sad event for me easier as I had to lay my mother to rest on Saturday Thanks for always providing a comfortable place for my family

I probably wouldn’t stay here again. The room was spacious and clean but the hotel layout was bad and noisy. The atrium the way it went all the way up the floors you could hear lobby the way throughout the day and night. The parking is very inconvenient and they try to get you to pay over price valet parking and then if you don’t pay for it, you have to park 3 to 4 flights of a parking garage, which is two street away Wow three levels of valet parking is practically empty. I attempted to check out a day early for which they told me I would be charged an early check out fee of $150. I was never asking for a refund but instead was told I would be charged an extra $150 for an early check out fee. The room we stayed in didn’t have a coffee pot. As soon as we got there, I found down to guest services and asked for one to which during a three day day, I never got. My only five star would be to housekeeping because the place was clean.

The hotel staff were very nice. My suite was very clean! Nice view of the ocean as well. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

the rooms were cozy Modern equipment super clean It would be best tohave smart TV's and have guests stream whatever they like e.g youtube, Netflix etc cable TV is outdated Restaurant needs to have more options than just pizza and wings

The stay was nice the staff was very helpful and professional. Also, the room was very clean and inviting. However, some things that were very disappointing was the lack of WiFi service and coffee in the room. We called the front desk about our bad WiFi signal and they replied and said call this number. That is unacceptable we should not have to do anything that’s not our problem but the hotel. Also, 4 smalls bags of coffee for our 4 day stay was disappointing.

I do several business trips to Myrtle Beach throughout the year and this place hands down is at the top of my list for places to stay. Kind staff, clean and modern rooms, convenient amenities all made for a comfortable stay. I do wish parking was not across the street but that was not a deal breaker. It was a great stay.
