ホリデイ イン エクスプレス ミスティック IHG ホテル(Holiday Inn Express Mystic - Groton Area)

This hotel was an excellent value for the cost. It was clean, the rooms were spacious, and the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. It is conveniently located to all Mystic attractions including the Aquarium, downtown, and many restaurants. It's perfect for a little getaway and very family friendly.

We enjoyed our stay for a little family get away. The kids loved the pool. We stayed on the 2nd floor and will request the 3rd next time because we heard the guests above us clearly and it was disturbing while we tried to sleep.

Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the pool area had such strong chlorine that we were all red-eyed and sneezing after being in there for 20 minutes.

The window in the room was in very poor condition and was left with a crack open (this is winter in the northeast). We had to slam it shut. The view from the window was extremely dull.

Pool is very small. Heater was broken during our stay so the water was very cold. Heavy on the chlorine. Breakfast was very basic. Room was nice, large and clean. Staff very friendly!

It was not very bad but there were a few issues. No one was at the front desk to ask about sheets for the pull out couch in our room, chargers could not stay in some of the plugs, the phone was broken and had no card on how to dial the front desk. We could hear the people above us.

This is a good value option in the area. Was there for a short overnight while looking after family members. The one item of complaint is that out of the 1/2 dozen USB charging outlets in the room only 2 worked. Breakfast was ok.

Very nice hotel up on a hill with a nice view. Close to Mystic and Foxwoods. We had a room with a king bed. Room had a couch, coffee table, two hassocks, fridge and microwave. Everything you need. Breakfast included.

Didn’t like the fact that we could not use the hot tub, because on the children swimming in it.
