Nice environment, nice location, nice food and nice place. It's very close to the bur a pahar range.

Customer service is very poor. Asked for soap and other things multiple times but no proper response received.

Property location is bit far from kaziranga. No bar and food menu comes with a less variety. Deserves 3500 per night as per the facility provided. Swimming pool was not clean. The staff’s behaviour was very good though.

Stayed for two nights in april 24. The hotel is located on highway. Comfortable rooms, well maintained lawns and small tea plantation within property. Has very funky restaurant - built in cave style. Arranged kaziranga safari easily.

It was a beautiful experience at summit green lake tea resorts. The amenities were very good. Beautiful location. We enjoyed the stay

The most horrible stay i would say in my 12yrs of absolute no no to the hotel, anyone planning your stay plzz don't even think of going, u are going to waste your every penny. Staffs are just some regular guys from near village, they don't know the abcd of hotel management, the pot in which they bring your food gets completely locked with steam now you hv to wait for the food to cool down, after that they don't come to pick up dishes which ll be licked by dogs and cats. Oh my god everything is bad about that hotel

We were 4 people and booked 2 rooms. Rooms are very basic and lacked common stuff like handwash at the time of check in. We had to call them to give basic toilet accessories. Room service was not responsive at all, did not pick up even a single order call from room. We had to order at the reception every time. The food was a total waste of money other than coffee which was fine. We had to argue with them to remove the charges for certain items because those items were badly prepared and we complained at the delivery time only. Overall the experience was average in terms of stay and very bad for their kitchen service. Definitely not worth the price.

Food was good but the service was terrible. On my arrival the room wasn't the one i was expecting, the tv wasn't also working i had asked the housekeeping staff to fix it but even during my 3 days stay time they weren't able to fix it. Even the services were very slow such as calling for basic amenities, dinner etc we had to call them again and again. The surrounding atmosphere was a good part of the experience but the same couldn't be said for the service. I'll gladly come again if my complaints are fully resolved.

Location of the property is good, scenic and peaceful. I loved it and i am planning to visit with my famaly in november
