Most amazing stay i ever had. Excellent staff. Special thanks to Ms. Bhawna, Mr. Amit, Mr. Shiv for their hospitality. Amazing food and the best part is that unlike other properties they dont promote food wastage which i personally liked. With little resources, they try to give you the best experience. They even orgnaized an amazing luch at the hill top with a spectacular view. The best part pf this propoerty is its secluded location and silence. Itmenan indeed!

The Villa was excellent, clean and nice. Staff was very courteous. Amit- ***ager was very nice & great host. Food was very nice. Local Kumaon thali was best with non veg. All staff boys were very polite and gave room service any times required with a smile. Even during Holi they all attented us very nicely. Keep it up.

It’s been a brilliant stay all over. This was our second time at Freddy’s and we enjoyed it. At Itmenaan estate Binsar, it was our first time and we were overwhelmed with welcoming staff and brilliant service. Special mention to Gaurav at Freddy’s and Bhawna, Amit, Shivraj and Singh at Itmenaan have left us with good memories of the place. Bless them all

We had the most wonderful time at It***aan Estate. Amit and his team presented a welcoming environment, eager to help and provide amazing service. The food was outstanding! This beautiful rural setting with dramatic views of snow capped Himalayan mountains is a tranquil setting to relax. Wonderful hospitality in the foothills of the Himalayas. The team were very attentive and the food and accommodation excellent. Amazing views of Nanda Devi and other peaks. Lovely walks ***** mountain paths and nearby villages, giving us a great insight into life in Kumaon.

We went there during May 2023 . It was really an awesome experience. The name justifies the place . Exceptionally beautiful resort in a quiet serene nature . Staffs were all very hospitable. Mr Shivraj , Mr Govind , Mr Bhim were very caring . Ms Bhavna , resort ***ager looked after every minute details of hospitality. Food was truly mouthwatering and delicious. One day we had a nice picnic lunch in nearby mountain forest . We had a guided hiking tour arranged by Itmenaan Estate to a nearby waterfall and village too . We enjoyed our 5 nights stay thoroughly .

The most beautiful property with the most amazing staff! The views are great but the hospitality is unmatched! Can’t wait to come back! The food is great, the chef is exceptionally talented. Recommend it to anyone blindly.

Itmenaan has been beyond wonderful in experience for me! The locations (I stayed at Itmenaan Estate and Fredy’s) are gorgeous. Service and food customised and delivered with care and love. I am coming back in October. PS totally safe and supportive for solo travels. The ***agers on site Amit (Itmenaan Estate) and Anand (Fredy’s) saw to every detail and listened.

This place was an amazingly beautiful and comfortable stay. The food was excellent and curated to our taste. The stone cottages have a lovely view of the Himalayan peaks of Uttarakhand. The staff are genuinely helpful - they guided and accompanied us on treks and also helped our 4 year old son climb up the mountains. When my son was tired , the guide Shivraj effortlessly carried him up the mountains! Come here if you are looking for great views, amazing hospitality and delicious food!
