Goroomgo Cottage Orchid Nainital

We arrived and we're told they'd moved our booking to a different hotel and we have to go there. Not informed of this prior to arrival by either the hotel or website. Rude, inflexible and not helpful. The hotel they moved us to was an absolute dump, we will NOT be using trip.com or recommending Orchid again....don't use this website or stay at this hotel...they screw you.

Very good and well maintained property. The staff was kind and courteous. We had a great stay experience during our last visit. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The best part of this property was the kind of service they provide to their customers is commendable.

Amazing stay very amazing people very hygiene must go. We just randomly opted for this stay but it turned out to be outstanding. Would suggest to visit everyone, Mall road is just 10 minutes walk from here and everything is nearby.

Good service and rooms and adequate facilities good connection with maal roads and nice faculty would recommend people to check in here for some good and relaxing experience in hotels satisfied with consumer attendant

Hotels and staffs are are very humble and kind everything is so good here .i recommend everyone to visit here as they r very friendly and helpful and it is totally value for money ***** with nature and mountains

Comfortable stay with hygiene maintained , nice for a short stay if you have your own vehicle Mr *** Singh at the reception is really helpful and polite, helped us when we could find any accommodation due to long weeked
