Unfortunately I have no idea how the hotel was because I missed my flight and asked for a rebooking the next day or cancelling but they refused to help me lol

Best hotel ever, and greatest service from everyone. Food, service, pool, the room everything was just great. Very safe neighbourhood, close to what you want to see in the city. Very affordable also. If we ever come back to Nairobi, 100% that im going back to this hotel. And shoutout to Collins, that guy in the reception. Always helping out whenever there is a problem.

Cysuites gave us a wonderful experience. From booking to arrival and during the stay, Karen was so helpful. She selected the best rooms for us and was so accommodating to all our requests. Rooms are great and the kitchen had all the essentials that we needed. We will definitely book again.

The stay was very good. Apartments spacious and clean. The service was impressive. Manager Karen was very helpful. She was taking care of us during our stay. She proactively contacted us in various occasions and dealt with everything so good. I would say exceeded our expectation because of her input and care. We would recommend to stay in CySuites 100%.

Best place to be at. The plice is impeccable. They all make you feel at home and take care of you as a guest. The hotel crew are fantastic. Breakfast /lunches and dinner was very yummy and complete. Great service at the reception Maryanne was very helpful and of great guidance.. Ambience was great and the staff quite proffesddional in service. Great place for a staycation and vacation. It has a well ewuiped gym and a. Clean Swimming pool. Nice bar and restaurant

This is a lovely hotel. They do everything to make guests happy. They arranged a very special dinner for us, and it was lovely. The food is very nice, the hotel is clean and lovely and the staff is incredible all of them. A very big thank you and we love you guys in the staff as made our stay unforgettable and lovely, and a special thank you to Karen and Benjamin 🌹

When I return to Kenya, I am certain I will stay here. On arrival at 0500 I couldn't have received better care. Excellent service, amenities, staff, food, pool, the list goes on. The rooms were spacious, well maintained and will suit a family or couple easily. Thanks to the team at the front desk, behind the bar and those up keeping the hotel to great standard.

Fantastic Stay! The apartment was cozy and well-maintained, offer all the comforts of a home. Staff were exceptionally friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!
