ホテル ハーモニエン(Hotel Harmonien)

We were given a room in the new wing which seem newly renovated so everything was new and modern. There was a small 3 persons elevator. As it was summer, it was somewhat hot in the room. So we opened the windows. However it was very noisy even at midnight. There were lots of noise from passing traffic and people still out and about as it was only the second floor. Early morning there was noise from the garbage truck or something. So we did not have good sleep. Amenities was average. No fridge. Room was clean. Breakfast had very small selection. The on site restaurant serves a grilled BBQ buffet and the food was ok.

The hotel was clean and quiet. It is non-smoking but allows smoking outside in designated area where there’s also chairs. It has a A La Carte restaurant and a buffet restaurant. The buffet was not warm and not refilled. Only afterwards, we were made aware it was due to the hour we had arrived and the restaurant would close soon. Yet, other guests arrived after us. Breakfast was included, and the buffet was continental with fresh breads, different types of spreads and cheese, and one type of egg -one of the mornings they had ran out of eggs. There were tea and coffee, but no decaf coffee! The double-bedroom is really a twin room. It had a conventional key. It was on first floor and no view. It had a nice sofa and coffee table, desk w chair and floor spacious for suitcases. No wardrobe. The beds were two single beds and had no grip on the floor so easily slid away from the wall. The mattresses very soft, feels a bit like I was lying like a V (lol). The bathroom had plenty of toilet tissue, a hair dryer, and a bath towel and hand towel for each person. There were hand soap and shampoo but no conditioner. The room had a kettle and coffee (again no decaf) and paper cups and I think there were biscuits too. There is no mini fridge. Staff was very friendly. 4 stars as it was functional and I enjoyed the stay.

Dejligt ophold. Gammelt og lidt slidt; men skønt sted

We order at Superior double room, but I was in no way superior. The room was smelling of mold and the cleaning was deficient. The view from the room was directly into a wall 2 meters away from the window. The door handle on the toilet door was loose and fell off, so I was actually locked up in the toilet. Happily my wife was on the outside and could open the door. When complaining no real regrets from the receptionist.

Serviceminded

Fint provinshotel med en fin gammel historie. Ingen elevator i den gamle del af hotellet. De renoverede værelser er fine og indeholder det nødvendige, men ikke så hyggelige. Morgenmaden er det absolut nødvendige. Servicemindet personale.

Både chef og personale på hotellet og restauranten ydede en virkelig god service. Hotellet er under ombygning men vi var ikke generet af det. Maden i restauranten kan varmt anbefales. Værelset var stort og rent. Gulvtæppet burde udskiftes, men helst fjernet.

Mit ophold var godt. Det er et gammelt hotel, der bliver renoveret, så de er igang med at udbedre forholdene. Morgen maden var meget begrænset, men det , der var, var frisk nok og ok.

Toppenbra fina nyrenoverat rum, bra städat. Ingen hårfön, hade varit trevligt också med någon svensk tvkanal. Frukosten var mycket enkel. Bra en gratis parkering vid hotellet.
