Nice location close to ferry. Clean rooms. Rooms recently refreshed. 2nd floor has view of water. Near waterfront pathway.

The hosts were friendly and helpful. While an older property, the room was exceptionally clean and tidy, the bed very comfortable. We liked the convenience of the location to the ferry terminal and walking distance to several restaurants after a day of travel. It was also close to access to the waterfront walkway. We would not hesitate to recommend this property

First, the hosts are incredibly nice and accomodating. The rooms are clean and well kept and are suite style. The hotel is in a great area near marinas. Highly recommend.

I liked the spaciousness of the suite, and the proximity to the Ferry. Very convenient. Also the friendliness of the owner.

The property is spotlessly clean. I appreciated the attention to detail on that front, because usually what I’m looking for in a a place like this, is a clean space that feel safe to rest my head after a long day of travel. The room we had was generous with a comfortable couch and a functional kitchen. The beds were also extremely comfortable with nice linens and good pillows. Well done buccaneer inn- your’re doing Nanaimo proud.

Great location to ferry terminal. Very well maintained. Appreciated having a full size fridge and freezer. Quieter than expected for the location. Easy check in and directions.

It was very convenient to the ferry. It's on a busy street but noise was not a problem. It was very clean and a friendly place. The only tiny problem i had was the position of the micowave. It was very difficult to take hot food out. I would recommend this place.
