這次出差入住兩天，整體體驗超出預期！客房空間寬敞，採光通透，空調製冷效果很好。房間隔音做得不錯，夜晚十分安靜，休息質量很高，床墊柔軟舒適，一覺睡到天亮。前台工作人員態度熱情有禮，辦事細緻周到。酒店負二樓提供早餐，口味在線。整體環境衞生乾淨整潔，保潔阿姨每日按時打掃，細節到位，是一次非常舒心的入住體驗，下次出差還會優先選擇這家。

Very near the Jinhu Square subway station. Amenities of the hotel is expected as per the price. Hotel is located at a quiet area and hence some walking is to be expected if you want to look for dining options. It is clean and the non-smoking rooms as requested has no smoke smell. Although supper is provided but it is a bit plain compared to some other hotel

Great non-smoking hotel!!! Very hard to find in mainland China. Many places advertise “non-smoking rooms” but lot at other room choices-if smoking is permitted then all rooms smell like smoke!!! Best part is free evening meal available at 21:30. So if out traveling, you can go back to the hotel and grab something without having to go back out to eat.

Hotel is located 38th floor and above, good view, spacious room especially family suite. However, while it’s right next to subway station, there’s no proper drop-off or even road access for vehicles, we had to stop along the street and dragged our luggage across the bike parking to the hotel. There’s also no reception on the ground floor, which was confusing for first-timer. Location is also far from city centre, not ideal for casual tourists with family.

初めてここに来たときは、たまたま子供たちを遊びに連れて行きました。注文後、フロントデスクから事前に電話があり、到着時間と部屋の手配を尋ねられました。フロントデスクのサービスはとても良くて熱心でした。朝食の種類もたくさんありました。子供たちはそれを食べるのが好きでした。サーロイン麺は外のものとほぼ同じくらい美味しいです。駐車場も便利です、次回ここに滞在してください

全体的なチェックイン体験は素晴らしいです!部屋は細心の注意を払って掃除され、設備は完全で無傷で、バスアメニティの品質はオンラインです。チェックイン効率は非常に速く、フロントデスクのシャオカイの笑顔サービスは非常に親密で、旅行や食事に非常に便利で、静かで騒しいものではありません。誰もが滞在することを強くお勧めします。

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I was with my family with 2 young children and they were accommodating from the beginning. They found us a room that had extra space and gave us all that we needed to be comfortable. We stayed for about a week and felt very happy. The staff was extremely kind and professional, especially 小彭 who spoke English. She was our point of contact whenever we needed anything. They helped with our bags when we arrived and gave us various amenities. We had laundry service, room delivery, and they even helped us figure things out in Chinese. Also, the breakfast is more than your average continental breakfast. It has a wide selection of hot foods and authentic Chinese dishes. We were very pleased. This will be our go-to hotel whenever we need a temporary place to stay. And we will be recommended E-Charm to all of our friends, too. Thank you E-Charm.

酒店地理位置真的太加分啦，距離平西夜市、亭子碼頭都不遠，出門遊玩覓食特別方便。房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有異味，床品柔軟，隔音效果不錯，晚上休息很安穩。前台服務態度友好，辦理入住速度很快，有需求響應及時。整體居住體驗舒心，性價比很高，來南寧遊玩優先選這家，下次還會再來。

朋友推薦的酒店，2024年春節到南寧坐飛機住過一晚，衞生實在是差，洗漱用品拆過，地毯毛髮很多，嚴重懷疑沒有清理就讓入住，因為帶着孩子沒有第一時間發現，沒有要求換房，忍着沒有給差評！這次給別人定了（位置方便原因），進去地板，地毯衞生也是差的一批，尤其是地毯，光腳踩上去腳板黑乎乎得粘了很多臟東西，仔細看地毯毛髮很多……跟2024年比沒有任何改觀，失望！宜尚酒店也住過多次，這是衞生最差的！不過酒店前台服務不錯，位置也好，好歹是連鎖酒店，希望能加強衞生管理，個人建議：地毯衞生搞不好，還不如撤掉。

The staff were very helpful and always ready to help me with any queries. LiSha even took me to the nearby shops to get change for my large bill. The room was very good and spacious. I was one person in a three-bedded room and they gave me three bottles of water every day 😊 for which I was very grateful. The room is protected from outside sounds soonce the windows are closed. I enjoyed the breakfast spread every morning. There is a market right outside the hotel, as well as some food choices - very convenient. The hotel is also well-located for the subway and 2 museums.
