Toilet in lobby is not well cleaned. My room 3101 wash basin the water coming out smells terrible. We need to use bottle water to brush our teeth. So please look into it.

Great value for money right in the heart of everything. Fabulous staff, clean room, good location, breakfast was simple but good, bed comfortable. They don’t have parking, so if you come with a car you’ll have to park somewhere else but it’s fine & close by and costs only 30 Yuan per night. I’d stay again!

設備:非常に完璧で清潔 スタッフのサービス態度はとても良く、とても気配りがあり、思いやりがあります。前の部屋のテレビが途中で見ることができなかったので、時間内に部屋を変えてフルーツプレートを送りました。どうもありがとうございます。

主要なショッピングエリアから離れているので、少し歩く必要があります。ホテル前の広場は賑やかなので少し騒がしいですが、23時頃には静まります。ホテルの朝食は7時30分と遅いので、早めにホテルを出発する必要がある方には少し不向きかもしれません。パックの朝食はパン、牛乳、クッキーだけです。毎晩温かいバケツで体を温めてもらいましたが、バケツが売り切れてしまうので早めに予約した方が良いと思います。様々なナイトマーケットでまだ食べ足りない人のために、夕食も用意されています。

便利なロケーション。MRTと南寧駅まで徒歩わずか。滞在する価値は十分あります。注意すべき点は、受付係が英語を話せないことです。

We spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

We had a great stay and really enjoyed this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet, so we slept well every night. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Even with the language barrier at times, they did their best to assist us, which we really appreciated. One thing future guests should know is that the breakfast is mainly Chinese-style. There are plenty of local dishes to choose from, but if you’re expecting a typical Western breakfast, the options are quite limited. We personally didn’t mind, but it’s something worth keeping in mind before booking. Overall, the hotel offers good value for money. The atmosphere was pleasant, the service was excellent, and we had a very comfortable stay. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with friendly staff.

良い点: 1) 受付のスタッフはフレンドリーで親切。使い捨てシェーバーを部屋に届けてくれるよう手配してくれました。とても助かりました。2) 立地が良く、駅や NNG 空港行きのシャトルバス (ルート 1) に非常に近いです。3) 部屋はとても清潔で、ベッド、枕、リネンも快適です。 悪い点: 1) エレベーターは小さく、いつも混んでいます。2) 朝食はひどいです…肉はなく、ほとんど何もありませんでした。妻と私は麺類と軽食をいただけてラッキーでした。私たちの後から到着した人たちが、朝食エリアのスタッフ 2 人に「食べ物がない」と文句を言いました。スタッフは悪びれず、「今日は指定された人数よりも多くの人が朝食を食べています」と弁解しました。その後、スタッフの 1 人が朝食バーで自分で集めた朝食を、お客様と一緒に食べ始めました (午前 9 時頃でした)。これはトレーニングとプロトコルの欠如を示しています。

評価するのは難しいです。タワー A を予約しましたが、タワー B に移動されました。失礼なことは言わないでください。私たちは部屋がないと言いました。別の友人は、トイレがすべて壊れていると言いました。タワー B はいろいろあります。中には B&B もあり、エレベーターは非常に密閉されています。それがなければタワー B に行くとアップグレードされるだろうと嘘をついていたことです。私たちが知っている南寧の友人、私たちは少し行き過ぎていたでしょう、そしてフロントデスクに誰かがいて、言葉が不明瞭で、とても早口で話しました。言われなければ、フロントの女性の態度はとても良く、ドアのおじさんの態度も良く、Bブロックの部屋も良いです。と言える
