Our stay was very good. The food was excellent, the room was very beautiful, big and the amenities in the room were out of this world. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Fred, Leemson, Winnie, Silvia, and Dan. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

The ambiance, the food and the cleanliness was superb! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were amazing especially the heated pool, jacuzzi and cycling. We had a session of team building and the Maiyan facilitators were fantastic!

I love Maiyan! I loved the staff, I met, Felister, Martha and Humphrey! They were so kind and took care of our needs. My dad was unwell, Maiyan went out of their way to connect us to a nurse! Humphrey was in charge at the time. I loved every bit of my experience! We gave feedback about having a medical personnel on board and within 24 hrs they had raised it with the management! That was the highlight for me! We also met Fred and Mike who drove us around in the human carts, they were honestly the sweetest people on earth! Love them! The sunset and sunrise was beautiful especially from the rooftop of the Villas oh and the peak of Mt. Kenya was visible at 6:30 ish! So beautiful ! This is a place I would come over and over again! Never gets boring! Maiyan is a solid 10/10😍❤️ oh and did I mention that they grow their own food which is organically produced 😍

The food was amazing. Hotel is far from nearest town meaning if you get there before lunch, it’s only reasonable to be on full board. You get to enjoy awesome food thrice in a day booking! The staff are friendly and helpful. The setup looks to be targeting families travels with kids also catered for. Jacuzzi, what can i say. Stayed there till midnight enjoying myself.

The service is impeccable. Everyone is so sweet and so professional while also so personable. The rooms are cleaned and serviced well and the food was to die for! I have happily gained some good weight and cleared my skin while here. I will be coming back before you know it!! Much much appreciated.

Everything at this wonderful place was just excellent. Great customer service right from guards at the entrance, staff were friendly and very professional. The food was great save for the portions which were quite generous. The place is well maintained and has lovely gardens. Having been here 5 years ago, must say I was impressed . Keep up the good job!! Will definitely be back.

The hotel has breathtaking views and scenery. The staff were amiable and went above and beyond in their service. The food was delectable. The rooms are thoughtfully designed to make a guest's stay comfortable. Will definitely stay there again!

The Jacuzzis were to die for! I loved everything. The food was awesome, the staff were polite and friendly. The rooms were extremely clean and homey. Our two-day conference was seamless. The pool was refreshing. I'll definitely recommend Sarova Maiyan anytime.

Customer service is top-notch! The room was luxurious (and the balcony? ) breathtaking! The food was well prepared and 100% sumptuous! I enjoyed my stay, and I look forward to coming back again! This is the closest I could feel to home! Kudos!
