How to describe this oasis of serenity? The resort is a testament to Greek lifestyle. The buildings housing the rooms feel like individual houses and the rooms are perfectly appointed with luxury amenities, frette slippers, bathrobes , etc. We stayed in an oceanfront room , that while a bit smaller than our initial choice , was heavenly in its view. There is nothing that can compare to having your own private beach with deliciously confortable sun beds and the undivided attention of the beach personnel looking out for your every request. Yes, pampering the guests is this resort’s raison d’etre . This is no exaggeration. And this is no coincidence. The laser focused manager Lia who practically lives at the Resort is on 💯 % of the time on top of her guests. Lia along with her magnificent staff made every moment of our stay unforgettable. We thank her, Alyssa & Pascal for the great memories while not forgetting all the others who made us not want to leave . Paros is a must for anyone who wants to get away from the hustle and bustle and tourists of other islands. Paros has a waterfront with fishing boats and is truly a must see and stay. And there is NO better place to truly enjoy this island than at COSME. Thank you to all from Cosme reading the review. 😘😘

Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re coming to Paros! It’s really beautiful and relaxing. Alessia at the front desk was so helpful throughout our stay! We also thought the food and servers at Parostia were top notch. We had booked a larger suite with an outdoor area, however, there was a family of cats that had taken up residence on the patio, so we were unable to enjoy. I think this is standard for Paros, though, and not specific to this hotel as there were cats all over the island. Additionally, the hotel is about a 15-20 minute walk to the center of Naoussa. It would have been nice if there was a complimentary shuttle to and from as we have seen that at other hotels in the Greek islands. All in all, we’d definitely stay here again when we come back!

There is a manifesting air of meanness about this Luxury Collection member hotel. Personally I found the service here sub-par. Attending the Cosme Resort for a full-body massage, we arrived early in order for my husband to shower and be ready for his spa treatment. The receptionist placed me in the outside bar, in direct sunlight. There was no cover. I was dangerously exposed in the open glare. This quickly became distressing. This was not a good decision. While my husband had his massage, I asked to use a bed/umbrella. There were hundreds of empty beds and nobody in the pool. I was told “no - it’s only for guests”. Unbelievable meanness considering our loyal custom to Bonvoi over many years. Then I asked to be moved out of the sun, whilst I wait. So they put me in the restaurant downstairs where I sat on dirty seats covered in twigs fallen from trees. I had twigs actually falling on my head. I must have looked so awkward and unhappy sitting there, but no one cared to check up on me. The staff were all to busy talking to each other. I spent most of the time flicking ants away from my skin. It was a different kind of unpleasant than the bar. Eventually I mentioned to staff I was unhappy. They moved me into the air-conditioned inside restaurant. This time, they offered me a swim in the pool, but I felt uncomfortable and felt it was not a genuine offer. Upon departure we were told Bonvoi points cannot be collected for the massage or drinks purchased. Again, not becoming of LC resort. I’ve never been treated in this way in any Luxury Collection, in Athens, Bali, Malaysia, Singapore, Australia or USA. At least, to their credit, they let me use the wifi, which allowed me to upload this review. Thanks. My husband told me the spa service and masseuse were simply excellent. I’ll always come back to Paros but I cannot recommend the Cosme Resort. It’s the poorer cousin of its international brethren and the care for waiting guests like me simply weakens the brand. Better to have a villa on Paros, with your own pool, as we did. To be very honest, I’m glad we did not stay here as the plot of land next door is a building site. The other side is another hotel playing very loud party music. I would have hated that if I stayed at the Cosme. Great place for a massage, apparently… Funny. They would have only had to smile and let me use the poolside and I would never have written this review. But the staff are not really trained in the needs of guests, only the needs of the profit margin. And there it is.

I would give Cosme 3.5 stars, rounding up to 4. It’s no question that the resort is likely the most luxurious in Paros. We were more than comfortable staying here and enjoyed the resorts beauty and amenities. But for the price, the service is not quite there. The staff seems very green - helpful, but a few things slipped through the cracks. And for the price & expectation, we were a bit underwhelmed. We were told there was a complimentary cooking class on arrival, and we had asked the front desk three different times to be added to the next class… each time we were told they would follow up and we never heard anything. We were disappointed to hear said cooking class going on the following night… we would have loved to join. While the food was excellent - my favorite during our two week honeymoon - again, service was hit or miss. One morning my husband’s breakfast came nearly 25 minutes after my own. It happens, but it would have been better to just let us know it would be late. We also would have appreciated more health focused snacks or light bites by the pool. Why not crudités and tzatziki? The WiFi also randomly turned off for me and would not reconnect after numerous attempts. The gym is great but there are no wipes to clean anything down and felt pretty dirty. We also wish there was better lighting on the beach path but walking back from Naousa - felt a bit unsafe.

We stayed in one of the Suite at Cosme. The suite had good size for two guests and terrace. In general, the entire property was very well kept and is built in the local architectural style. It offered a nice beach with plenty of sunbeds and cabanas, as well as a relaxing pool area, which I really enjoyed. I liked the proactive and friendly service of the staff, especially by Ms Alessia and Mr Paschalis from the front desk who were very helpful with suggestions and helped us with reservations. The private dining experience with Chef Panagiotis is an absolute must. We really enjoyed the private dining with Chef Panagiotis and George. Everyone from the team and the hotel manager were very supportive to offer us the best holiday! I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Cosme Luxury Collection for 5 nights in August 2023. We loved the hotel. It has an excellent pool with plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas and a nice bar off to the side of the pool. The hotel restaurant in front of the pool is also good for dinner. We had a car and the hotel valet service was very quick and easy. The hotel is a 10 minute walk into an incredible town with many waterside restaurants, bars, shops etc. There are also several great restaurants within a short drive of the hotel. The hotel gym is adequate with free weights and some equipment. There is a very good ala carte breakfast each morning. We took a day trip with our car on the ferry to Antiparos. You pull up and drive onto the ferry. You can stay in your car of get out. Its a five minute ferry ride and then you drive off the ferry in Antiparos. The trip could not have been easier!! Overall we loved our stay at Cosme and highly recommend it.

950euro a night for a basic room - nothing special. Overall insanely expensive and just using the Marriott brand when it is not a luxury hotel at all. Very noisy rooms both from outside - rooms are arranged in a corridor so people walk by/sit and chat/bang doors until late into the night - and also form inside as there are connecting doors (locked) between rooms and you can hear every discussion your neighbour is having. Service at the beach non existent - was alone from 9am to 12pm before someone cared to show up. Breakfast was pre made (yoghurt pots and eggs) and cold. Hotel is next to a construction site.

We loved Paros. It was our second trip to the island. The first time was 16 years ago, and clearly a lot has changed (more development) but overall it’s still a really nice place that strikes a good balance between peace & quiet vs hustle & bustle. We stayed at the Cosme hotel because it’s supposedly the best on the island. At €1,200 per night, it certainly wasn’t cheap but that price is not crazy either for a 5* hotel in the Cyclades during the peak holiday month of Aug. We came to the hotel with high expectations. The property is built like a little village ad generally looks and feels nice and built to a good standard. The infinity pool is also nice, and the property is right on the beach with easy access to its own private beach club just across a dirt road So far, so good. The service experience was decidedly less good, and just left me feeling disappointed with the hotel. They didn’t do anything terribly wrong, but they were just consistently inconsistent and got many little things wrong which ended up really irking me. They genuinely seem to care, which made it even worse because I always had the feeling they could do better. It’s not clear what is the root cause of the problem, probably employee turnover, a lack of training and/or a lack of operational controls. But either way, it needs some work if this hotel wants to be worthy of its Marriott group “Luxury Collection” designation Some examples, none of them individually egregious but with an annoying cumulative effect over a 5 day stay * Breakfast is a la carte only (no buffet). They pride themselves on their menu which describes all the ingredients for each dish in details, and is creative. Great concept! Problem is that when you order something from the menu, it comes with different ingredients. Eg the energy bowl which has oats on the menu but comes with granola instead (even though they have oats and will happily remake it with oats when asked). First time I asked a waitress why they don’t just put what’s on the menu, her reply was that granola is like oats. Not a good response... Second time I asked another waiter, he said they had update the guest-facing menu some time ago (with oats instead of granola) but the kitchen was still working off the old menu (with granola). * Cleaners would come to our room every morning and remove any used plates, glasses and coffee cups. They would put those outside our door, to be cleared by (presumably) someone else. Problem was that that someone else would not come until (best case) the same evening or (worst case) the next morning. In the meantime, there was a bunch of unsightly cups, glasses and plates sitting outside the room for a very long time. It’s also a safety hazard to leave all this glass lying around on the floor in case someone accidentally kicks and breaks it… * Linked to that, once those cups or glasses got taken away, nobody replaced them. At least not until we explicitly asked if we could

Coming from the small island of Sifnos, Paros seemed like a significant increase in the number of tourists, and Americans in particular at Cosme. In fact, the guests seemed ti be almost completely American. And that’s ok, I guess. Ur it kind of takes you out of the authentic Greek vibe. The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool scene is excellent. Everything is expectantly pricey but the fact that you can walk to Naoussa for dinner every night is a huge plus. It just felt more like Miami than Greece while you were at the hotel. Location can’t be beat. Breakfast is a La carte off the menu. Kind of a bummer since a Mediterranean breakfast buffet is such a great way to start the day. We were not able to take advantage of their beach set up because the weather was not cooperating. I think if you’re someone who feels more comfortable amongst Americans when you travel this place will be a 10/10. If you’re like me, and prefer to feel as far from your Home as possible, look elsewhere.
