I have to say that Barbara was just amazing , went above and beyond , I had a medical emergency and she took call very late night and coordinated the transport for us . Very good service and appreciate her . Also the place is well located nice and clean , roomy

A terrific option if you want to stay near the port and castle and within easy walking distance of the Metro and Ferries. Spotlessly clean with attentive and informative staff.

The hotel is next to the ferry terminal so it's a great location at a reasonable price for those taking a cruise. For us, arriving and departing from the airport but staying for 2 nights to take a trip to the Amalfi Coast and Pompeii, it was not the best location - too far from the airport and highways to visit these places. The hours to check in are limited as the front desk, literally just a desk, is only staffed for about 6 hours a day. I'm not sure why it's called a B&B. On asking about this on our arrival the one staff member said that you had to request breakfast when making the reservation. But I couldn't find anyplace on their website where this was explained. Our rooms were clean and beds comfortable.

Stayed here mon to Fri , unsure why there was no previous recent reviews so thought I’d post one. Room 3 was lovely and clean with balcony going round and excellent air con with Netflix to watch on tele including in English along with various languages. The staff are lovely and communication via WhatsApp was excellent. However it’s opposite the docks and can get very loud with traffic. Our first night we didn’t feel very safe, but that’s naples for you. Breakfast was included. On first day we got freshly squeezed orange juice, with nice cappuccino and croissant, then none the rest of the stay. It is few mins walk away from the accommodation but we soon got our bearings. We did feel like it was like Fort Knox entering in and out with the unreliable lift under extreme heat. Next time I think we will stay in sorrento rather than naples city due to the surroundings. On the other hand, location was good and close to the ferry dock and metro station.

Beautiful hidden gem near the port, the room we booked was sensational and amazing value for money. The staff who greeted us on our arrival was so pleasant. friendly and helpful, they recommended the pizza village festival happening in Naples and we had a great time there. Thanks again for making our short stay so memorable.

"Great" experience, can be recommended. Balcony view amazing, but a lot of traffic out side on the main street. Only one big minus is the thin external and internal walls and joints of door to wall. However, this is a common problem on mostly all Italian buildings except premium hotels like the last one in Rome we had.
