Absolutely unreal. A real life palace that has had millions spent on its renovation and upkeep. Stay here for a real "wow" holiday.

The palace was extraordinary. Right in the center of everything. Excellent staff and accommodations. The staff is great about welcoming you to the “bed and breakfast”. If you like history you will love this spot. I highly recommend!!!

Great place to stay but know there are 2 other hotels w similar names in the building on different floors. Make sure you have the number for the correct one because they initially have to come down to get you. We called the wrong one. Someone came down and said he didn’t have reservations for us and explained the situation. We called the correct # and someone came down, brought keys and an electronic card and showed us how to get in. The inside is as the pictures on their website show a true palace. You feel as if you are in a different era w 25/30 foot ceilings w enormous Venetian glass chandeliers in every room and frescos on walls and ceilings.

This is a stunningly beautiful, historical property centrally located in the colourful Spanish district of Napoli. Our room was very spacious, comfortably furnished with antiques, and well equipped with modern amenities (TV, bar fridge, Nespresso). The original painted ceilings, gigantic Murano glass chandeliers, and full height shuttered windows and doors create a palatial atmosphere in the private rooms and the many public use areas on the property. A full and delicious breakfast was elegantly presented in the bar/dining room. Service was friendly, attentive, and personal. The neighbourhood is very busy and a bit noisy but worth the experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property.

As all of the other reviewers say -- it's a magical experience, you will feel like royalty. From start to finish it's an outstanding experience -- far beyond my expectations. Quick pro tip: if you arrive on the weekend be sure to ask how to get into the building and ask who to call or where to go -- it's a bit tricky at first, but well worth it. The staff is outstanding, the rooms are beautiful, and the entire space is stunning. Naples is an amazing city that gets a bum rap, and staying at Palazzo Doria Napoli makes it even better. We will be back and highly recommend this wonderful place.
