No coffe only 2 tea bags no milk coffe machine did not work room much smaller than it looked in the picture overall disappointed

If I could give this property a zero, I would. We paid almost $400 for this property for each night. For naples, this is pretty steep. However we were so diappointed when we checked in. The staff did not understand english. We booked for a king bed and were given 2 single beds. The hotel did not look fully occupied, they could have easily accomodated us. The room was so noisy, road noise did not let us sleep all night. The rooms were not at all “boutique”, quite opposite to whag is marketed. ******* pictures are from another building but when they give you rooms, it’s in a building behind the actual building so not at all what is pictured there. Parking is $40 euros per night, not $25. Breakfast was terrible. We felt scammed!!!

The rooms are nice and the area is very central and close to the water. The staff seems to think that they belong to some king of exclusive nobility and they simply cannot be bothered with welcoming visitors, smiling, or helping you to resolve any issue you may have.

The hotel has a main lobby and only 1 floor for the rooms. There was ultra loud construction taking place at night during our stay. We didn’t get any sleep. One of the rooms we were offered smelled like fried food. The staff was very nice and tried to accommodate us since we couldn’t handle the smell. They stated the restaurants near by, was the cause for the smell. This was definitely the reason, but we didn’t want our belongings or the bed we slept in to smell like fried food. Again, the staff was kind, but this was not a place I would ever recommend or would return to. In fact, Naples felt unsafe and we were forced to pay high rates for cab fair back and forth from our hotel. It was not a pleasant experience and would never come back.

I have chosen this hotel as to avoid street noise . The main building is facing the promenade and the sea. They still managed to have us a room in a separate building which faced on a very noisy street. Cars were honking and motorbikes were extremely loud. I had to use my earplugs. Never again .

This was an amazing stay. The rooms are what I thought I was getting but better!!!!! The view took our breath away. I did not want to leave and the best beds we had during our stay in Italy. We hit 3 cities and i really wanted one more day at this hotel and at Naples. We will definitely be back.

Sergei Sergei Sergei. Excellent service by the hotel manager. The way he took care of us and made us comfortable is commendable. The location is right near the promenade. Great restaurants near by. Really close to the pick up stops for tours

forgettable... I had to claim the towels every day! and the Anel in the bathroom was really ugly. The staff don't talk to you...

Noise from the coffee machine, construction, and whoever was at the front desk area had a shouting argument that lasted over an hour. I complained about the incredible noise to the front desk. It didn't solve. When I tried to call again, there were no answers.
