Good - location . AC in room . Good shower and comfortable bed . Average - tap in kitchen sink did not work so it was constantly full of food debris. House keeping was constantly smoking and the owners did not respond to our 1 am text to complain about the noise from other guests . I think I would have given it a higher rating if this had been addressed . Could not find light switch on stairwell - very dangerous at night with jet lag . (Going down )

Everything was great! Great for a family or for couples. The place made our trip more beautiful. It is in the city center so you can reach everywhere easily. The rooms are clean and well-decorated. There is a beautiful kitchen and a nice balcony. You can eat one of the city's best pizzas by walking for only 2 minutes and enjoy the city whenever you want! I'll go to Naples and stay again here!

This hotel is wonderful and the host is very friendly and welcoming. Very cozy rooms and balcony. We had a small issue with our check in but it was quickly resolved thanks to the amazing host. We arrived to the hotel only past midnight and didn't know that in Naples, most of small hotels don't have a concierge or any staff living in the building. So we didn't know that there would be no one who'd be able to check us in immediately. However we got lucky that our neighboor wasn't asleep and gave us the number of the host so we called and messaged him on WhatsApp and once he saw that we tried to reach him multiple times, he came in to check us in within 15 minutes. We recommend this place to couples and families! Just remember to arrange your check in ahead of your arrival.

The price is unbelievably high for the quality. No working WiFi, no heating system, uncomfortable bed, no fridge, very strange depressive pictures on the wall.

Semplicemente lurido ,pieno di umidità ,e poco accogliente.Mai capitato nn trovare un caffè una bottiglia d’acqua,e x lo più il proprietario poco accogliente e poco disponibile.Ora allego le foto dove si evince il mio scritto.Sinceramente nn consiglierei a nessuno di andarci

Nonostante l'aspetto esterno lasci un pò perplessi, all'interno la struttura è pulita, silenziosa e confortevole. La posizione strategica la rende centrale per la visita del centro di napoli.

Spaanplaat vloeren en bed. Dit ligt niet fijn en ook geen achterwand. Geen ontbijt wat wel wordt aangeboden. Perfecte locatie maar veel te duur voor wat wordt aangeboden. Goedkope kamer. Veel trappen lopen. Zou niemand dit aanbevelen.

Pecche (tante) e pregi come da recensioni pregresse, non molto da aggiungere. Il BeB non è segnalato all'esterno, non ha nemmeno un citofono, quantomeno non è palesato. L'ingresso è veramente decadente, con un vecchio portoncino in ferro, una ripida, stretta e buia scala necessaria per raggiungere il piano, senza ascensore. L'appartamento ha una piccola cucina a disposizione di tutti, ma solo per scaldare un tè, non essendoci strumenti per cucinare, cosa anzi vietata. Le camere sono due o tre al piano e due raggiungibili con un'ulteriore scala. Le camere non hanno tv. Le camere superiori non hanno nemmeno un vero armadio, ma un'ansa aperta con barra e grucce; soprattutto, se sistemate a triple/quadruple, non hanno nemmeno una sedia o poltrona da sfruttare. Non c'è nemmeno la spalliera del letto, su cui casomai poggiarsi e leggere un libro: se torni in camera prticamente puoi solo coricarti. La colazione non è prevista, nemmeno a pagamento. La camera non viene rifatta, se non per ultriori 25 euro. Le valigie non possono essere lasciate in struttura dopo il check out, sia per assenza di spazio che per il fatto di dover lasciare le chiavi dentro. La posizione è centrale, trovandosi a un passo da Via San Gregorio Armeno, e il check in è veloce e guidato, con indicazioni per l'arrivo e contatti inviati in anticipo. I bagni, pur piccoli, sono carini e funzionali. Per il prezzo richiesto una prossima volta andremo altrove.
