ナポリ Villa La Santarella周辺のおすすめホテル・宿

2022年6月末にHGブティックホテルトレドに2人で宿泊しました。チェックインはスムーズに進み、実際のホテルから徒歩約10分の別のレセプションの場所にありました。彼らは私たちを車でホテルまで連れて行くことを申し出ましたが、私たちは歩くことにしました。ホテルは市内中心部の真ん中にあり、とても素敵でした!部屋はきれいで、素敵な大きなバスルームと中心部を見下ろすバルコニーがありました。鍵をバスケットに置いておくだけでしたので、チェックアウトはとても簡単でした。全体的に、HGブティックホテルトレドに滞在した経験にとても満足しました!

ホテルは比較的駅に近いです。そして英語を書こうと努力するが、通常イタリア語を自然に使って驚いた。そしてレイトチェックアウトは5時までやっていただきます。費用はかなり出ます。でも 聞いても翻訳機を使って 助けてくれる

ナポリ訪問中にこのホテルに4泊しました。場所はとても便利で、旧市街から徒歩圏内で、地下と鉄道駅の隣にあります。建物は非常に上品に改装され、部屋は清潔で朝食は素敵でした。美しい植物と素晴らしい景色で、飲み物や食事をつかむ素晴らしい屋上テラスがあります!スタッフへの特別な言及:誰もが丁寧でフレンドリーで親切でした。私たちは素敵な滞在をし、機会があれば戻ってくるでしょう。

まず、レセプションの人は無礼で攻撃的な女性でした。彼女の態度は、私たちがホテルに滞在できるように私たちを手伝ってくれたということです。彼女は朝食カウンターも男性です..そこでも彼女の悪い態度に遭遇する準備をしてください。朝食はパン、シリアル、飲み物だけです。果物や卵、コールドカットはありません。リネンはリーズナブルに清潔で、タオルは毎日交換されます。経営陣が積極的で観光客を歓迎していたら、それは良いホテルかもしれません。まったくお勧めしません。

ホテルは、既存の予約した部屋から6階ルーフトップに部屋をアップグレードしてくれました。部屋はとても広く、広いテラスまであってとても便利に使えました。清潔な状態も悪いですがありませんでした。 しかし、ヒーターとテレビが機能しておらず、1泊後に部屋を交換しました。しかし、交換された部屋もヒーターが機能しなかったため、不便を感じる必要がありました。 コーヒーポートはなく、朝食はあまりありません。 部屋とホテルの位置はとても満足していますが、各種施設の整備にならない欠点がありました。

それは毎日の休息を求める人に適した暖かくリラックスした環境を提供します、細部とサービスの質に注意を払うことは明らかです、所有者は常に暖かくカスタマイズされたレセプションを提供しても構わないと思っています。ここでは、すべてのゲストが特別な気分になり、完全に回復することができます。

Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.

Siamo stati ospiti della struttura ìn gita scolastica ed abbiamo molto apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità del Direttore e di tutto il personale! Le camere sono pulite, i servizi efficienti e buono anche il cibo! Lo consigliamo vivamente 👍👍👍

We have visited this hotel before, a few years ago, a lot has changed, it has been extended and has an extra pool to the rear, meaning there were two to choose from, both the pools were beautiful, we preferred the back pool as you didn't get the road noise, and sadly for two days this was not available to us as there was a private party one day and the next day was having a treatment of some sort, not terrible as we had use of the pool at the front, the staff are very friendly, parking was easy, the bar was relaxing, the room was comfortable, complete with very nice shampoo and gels etc, the mini bar was included and offered Coke, water and a couple of soft drinks, breakfast was nice, would have liked a toaster for the bread. A recommendation, the petrol station across the way has a great bar/coffee area, with lovely local snacks. Essenza Del Gusto restaurant a couple of minutes walk turning left out of the hotel is really excellent! Highly recommended if you are in the area.
