Beautiful room. Great view. Extremely convenient location.

Giant room & bathroom by European standards. Everything was great, with the exception of the beds, which were very uncomfortable.

Hotel staff friendly and responded well when the heater in the room broke down. Breakfast was superb.

Great location if traveling by bus or train. Nice breakfast selection.

was perhaps unlucky and ended up in the annex in a room that wasn't supposed to be used, but I have not seen a worse planned hotel room in over 1000 hotel nights in 60 countries. We are two people with a double bed, but one side of the bed is so close to the wall that you have to crawl up from the foot end on that side. the bathroom is rather a toilet with a shower hose. if you sit on the toilet, you have to sit sideways because the foldable shower wall is so close. you sit with your feet in the shower and the drain is non-existent, so if you have to use the toilet after showering, your socks are off. the bathroom was also claustrophobic with its limited ceiling height of 2 meters. If you are over 95kg you wont even fit in the shower. the toilet paper was almost out and despite being told at the reception it was not refilled. furthermore, it was a new experience when you come to a hotel where the hotel bar does not prioritize hotel guests. after a long travel day when you come in late we find out in the almost empty bar that it is fully booked (but empty) and no food will be brought. on the whole a hotel that fulfills the purpose of sleeping but if you see the accommodation and its service as part of the experience you should consider another hotel

Nice, clean hotel at a central location in Narvik. Spacious room. Bathroom was excellent. Parking costs circa 15€/day at a nearby shopping centre.

Nice breakfast, personeel is friendly and attentive. I stopped here to take the train to Sweden, the hotel is a perfect location, 5 min walks to train station and to city centre. The hotel has a long history we can see from the stairs and elevators but inside the room is newly refurbished and modern. I will stay here again.
