早朝12時以降のシャトルバスはございません。 他のホテルでも送迎サービスを行っております。ホテルも比較的古いです。バスルームは比較的小さいです。 

良いサービス態度 🍃環境：良い 🧹衛生状態: シーツは3晩交換されず、フロントに電話して全面清掃をお願いしましたが、対応されませんでした。 🔔サービス: フロントデスクのアジア系サービスガールの態度は良好です

大丈夫。空港に近い。

ホテルで開催された会議に出席しました。会議で出された食事は素晴らしかったです。ホテルのレストランの食事もとてもおいしかったです。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。ホテルのエリアと部屋はとても清潔でした。雰囲気もよかったです。

Room was very very clean and spacious with a charming layout. Though a large hotel, it is very quiet and peaceful. Offers great amenities. Would definitely book again!

非常棒的酒店 很乾凈 安全 樓下有酒吧 晚上到11點可以提供飲食 離市區很近 停車場巨大，停車方便 酒店陽台很漂亮 綠植很不錯

從機場到酒店一定要打車，如果坐公共汽車的話，沒有辦法直接到酒店還要走，大概兩公里，並且沒有人行道要在汽車道上走很不安全，酒店非常不錯，離市區稍微有點遠

這個酒店還可以的

部屋は綺麗だった。飛行機欠航で困っていたので助かりました。

The hotel is very nice, clean, and comfortable. Front desk staff was very nice but obviously not well versed in hotel. Not only did I call earlier in the day to inform them we were coming with wheelchair bound individual, but reiterated this to front desk staff upon check in. When I asked if we could enter building from outside near our room I was told yes. After parking and unloading all of our belongings, we walked up to door to find you have to climb stairs to reach first floor room. Had to walk around entire building in the cold back to lobby to then find out that although our room is right by lobby we had to walk in opposite direction and around entire first floor to get to our room because they literally have one handicap ramp in entire building. Even more disappointing is our room was literally in courtyard, but they don’t even have access from first floor rooms to courtyard for disabled individuals, as it is all stairs. If we wanted to access courtyard area we would have to make that mile long hike again. Shame on them for having so little accommodations for the disabled.

Pool was very nasty had chips everywhere and jacuzzi had dirt all in it like it hasn’t been clean the sheets had stains all over them and bath room had no wash cloths the front desk didn’t give no type of information when and where anything was

This was a quick stop for us and it was great! Late night bar, early breakfast buffet, clean rooms, comfortable beds and pillows, and the staff was so accommodating! This is our new main-stay when traveling through Nashville.
