ソンダー ザ サドラリー(Sonder the Saddlery)

Great property, absolutely PERFECT location, steps from Broadway, convenient for dropping items off when shopping or a quick nap before a late night. Location felt very secure, cozy, and clean.

Upon reaching the hotel entrance, I discovered the need to use the "Sondor" app and web app for additional information before gaining entry. Despite attempting the process with my hands full of luggage and my dinner, I encountered a significant hurdle at step 2/5, where payment information for incidentals was required. Spending an hour on this step, I engaged in a lengthy conversation with Sondor chat through the app, repeatedly logging in and out of the app to try and reset things, and even attempting the process on my laptop using a hotspot on a busy sidewalk in Nashville. Unfortunately, the payment information form was nowhere to be found after all these attempt, and after three hours of effort, I was unable to access the hotel. The sondor team is unhelpful, you can’t talk to anyone… very disappointed. I now will try to get my money back through *******.

We checked in with our 4 kids and there was not nearly enough towels. Then tried using the tv and the wifi would not connect so we had no tv. As the night went on the noise from the street was absolutely awful. We honestly thought the windows were wide open. We spoke with the property and instead of given a different property option we were offered ear plugs. We will never book there again.

Perfect location for honkytonking! Easy access to the building and unit. Our 2 bedroom was spacious with high ceilings and large windows. It is a noisy neighbourhood, so if you like the nightlife, this is a great place.

Everything was great with the space . It was very modern and up to date .

This was an absolutely clean, easy and excellently located place. I enjoyed the super clean place. The location was great. The entire place felt so luxurious. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

This room was amazing. It was in the middle of downtown Nashville and we were able to walk everywhere. If you’re in Nashville to see broadway, party, and have a good time this is place to stay. If you’re in Nashville on business or have little kids I probably wouldn’t stay here. Like I said, it was a wonderful room, almost apartment like, but due to its location it is very loud. The views were amazing as we were in the 5th floor facing 2nd street. Only negative thing was there were 4 of us in my room and they only provided 2 shower towels. I was able to find a 3rd in the supply chest in the hallway but it was never filled or restocked so the other couple ended up sharing a towel. No big deal. We still had a good time. Thank you.

Loved the location. However, the first day we arrived there was hair all over the bathroom floors, and the trash was taken out of the trashcan, but left in the bathroom. The iron did not work. However, they delivered a new iron to us the next day. We asked for a late check out, they let us know that if it was approved we would receive an email to pay $25 plus tax never heard back. We had to reach out multiple times to get them to respond. They finally responded on the day of check out which was disappointing.
