Nice and clean Hotel. The staffs very friendly. The foods are delicious. Will tecomto all my friends about RIU

If you want calm ocean I wouldn’t recommend staying in this side of the island. The staff for the most part is excellent. Great drink selection, the food was average.

Outdated and damaged; the excellent staff are what redeem this place. They’re focused, not on their cell phones and not impatient. The hoodlums on the beach trying to sell coke the second you come off the stairs is annoying. Not unhappy but wouldn’t go back. Riu over values themselves and the investors should be ashamed. Every part of my suite had some sort of damage.

I booked a ocean view junior suite, when I arrived they gave us room 1200 with a parking lot view, so we went back downstairs and told them that we booked a junior suite with ocean view, she proceeded to tell us she didn't have any room available to accommodate us until the next day at 3pm the latest,so we agreed to a room change the following day, this was so inconvenient because this cut into our limited time at the bahamas having to transfer our things from one room to the other not being able to get comfortable. To and salt to injury the front desk manager came to us hand us our new room key, only to walk into a dirty room #1411 at this point we was done with the riu front desk staff they were not apologetic about the situation, finally they gave us our room and still wasn't right had the view but not the suite. Overall the hotel is average, food is decent, other staff was pleasant.

Absolutely wonderful, stuff is always attentive and helpful. So clean and lots of activity on site. Totally recommend it!!

Limited amenities like no hot tub or heat in room when cold. Showers stopped working several times throughout stay . Staff friendly. App does not work well for reservations to Restaurants.

The staff are amazing, super attentive and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The furnished balcony is an added bonus and lovely to catch the last bit of sun of you're West facing. The food options were good but the vegetarian menu could do with an update. The entertainment keeps you going. The beach is lovely but can get a little rough and choppy at times which I think is why the hotel can't offer non-motorised watersports like kayaks and SUPs.

The property was beautiful and felt safe . The rooms were clean . Nobody tells you when you check in u need to stay up til midnight to book reservations at the special Restuatants, as a result we couldn’t get reservations so we were stuck eating from the main restaurant Buffett . The food was good but it would have been nice to try a nice restaurant. Unfortunately the property is located right next the public beach and the little kids will come over to the beach and I know I sound mean but i booked adults only so I didn’t have to deal with the kids .

The property was very nice, clean, and perfect area. Everything was worth it and loved that it was very close to the hotel Atlantic. Few things that it would have improve my stay are : having a spa, been able to reserve a dinner at the restaurants, and more activities to do inside the hotel. I stayed 3 nights 4 days there and was able to only book 1 reservation at 1 restaurant …. The rest of my stay I was force to eat at the same place every single day ….
